Excellent service at a fair price. The team was efficient, professional, and friendly. The tree removal process was explained to me in advance, and I was shown the final results for approval before the team left the property. I am very satisfied.

I had a couple properties involved due to MIL needing work done too. I made a call, talked to someone right away, photos sent, estimates, and work done all within one week! Very easy to work with and great job completing all the work. Thank you!

OMG I'm so happy I called Branch Tree Service! Brad came out to survey the job the same day I called the office. It was a pretty big job taking down a large Bradford pear tree and pruning and shaping a huge maple tree and smaller crabapple. The quote was very reasonable. The crew arrived exactly as scheduled and started right away. I was blown away by their expertise and the extra care they took as they felled the tree. It was amazing to me to see one of the guys shimmying up and into my huge maple to prune out old wood just with a rope and harness. They cleaned up after themselves and I thanked them for a job well done. They were so polite, asking me every step of the way if I was satisfied with their work. I highly recommend these guys!

Branch Tree Service did an amazing job for us- we had a big tree surrounded by wires - see photo and they dropped it without a problem. Their price was by far the best!! Tyus is the amazing artist that cut the tree down. I will add more later when I get more photos uploaded!!

Branch Tree was here yesterday and did major pruning to my huge silver maple. Branch is one company who showed up on time, first thing in the morning, & I find that is rare with many other contractors. They did most of the work from my driveway as I have yard drains throughout my yard and drove onto & parked the machinery on plywood to help with that. Tyus and Marty both did a great job & cleaned up my yard & neighbors of fallen branches. They were friendly and professional. I am pleased with the job they did & would recommend Branch tree service again.

Jeromy came out and was fantastic, quickly identifying issue I had with some trees that were looking very said.

Unfortunately though the person who came for the treatment did a lazy job.

The evergreen trees being sprayed were on the edge of my lot, the person who came just gave the trees a real quick spray only on the part of the trees seen from my side of the lot. My neighbor was watching as well and had reached out to me to let me know they didn't get his side or any of the sides of the trees.

Unsurprisingly after the treatment the side of trees facing towards my lot was looking better, but the side of my neighbor which didn't get sprayed continues to get worse.

Edit and reasoning for the lowering of our rating:

About 16 months after we had 13 trees planted, 5 of them died. Jeromy had come to look at them at the ~1 year mark and they were all very healthy and happy. Around 14 months, 4 of them started to brown (Jeromy responded to my text with photos saying he believed it was 'just seasonal discoloration'), and within 45 days of that they were dead. Jeromy and his arborist were not able to figure out why this had happened--it was not root rot, lack of watering, disease or anything else they could surmise other than the "trees didn't like the environment". All 4 trees were of the same variety, making us believe they just weren't suitable to our yard. Disappointing, particularly because we were just a few months out from the 1 year warranty. We then spent a couple thousand more dollars to have 4 trees (different species) replanted in their place. Jeromy did waive the haul-away fee for the dead trees, but did not discount or help us in any other way with the replacements ones. To add insult to injury, the new trees cost nearly $200 more per tree than our original trees did.

Within another 3 months, a 5th tree died as well. This one almost frustrated me more than the initial 4 as the arborist and Jeromy saw the tree when it was just starting to brown, took cuttings from it to inspect, and gave us their word that it would not get any worse. When I asked for a discount or compensation for the tree I was denied.

I understand that plants are living things and sometimes stuff happens outside of realm of normalcy, however 38% of the trees they planted for us died within 18 months and to me that is unacceptable. I personally feel that some sort of discount or compensation should have been administered, especially since we agreed to pay once again to have new trees planted.

I believe that the species that Jeromy gave us was not one that should have been planted in our yard (the other 8 trees were 2 other species and have been thriving) and the lack of accountability they've taken for that is disappointing.

In all fairness to Jeromy and his team, they have been kind, responsive and professional in all of our interactions. I would like to believe we were equally kind and never treated Jeromy or his team with anything but respect. That said, it's hard for us to overlook the thousands of dollars we feel we wasted through no fault of our own. In my mind, the very least Jeromy could have done was matched the original tree pricing for the replacements. This is why I've lowered my rating from 5 to 2 stars.

We had two wonderful interactions with Jeromy. He was incredibly knowledgable, took in consideration our options and budget and set us up with a plan to plant trees and excavate some of our property "in the fall".

We signed the contract in August and it took quite a bit of leg work on my end to hear back about when the job was actually going to take place this fall. This lack of communication is the only issue I had working with Branch Tree Service.

This week, we had someone come out to treat our Elm and a crew bring our trees for planting and excavated the area of our yard we agreed to. The job was done extremely quickly and professionally. I would recommend Branch Tree Service for your tree needs, they are truly experienced and know what they’re doing. We will be happy to work with them again in the future.

We were given a quote to remove a large tree. A few months later I called to see if it was still good and to schedule the service. I gave branch $1100, verified the quote, and was told they would get back with me. After 5 weeks, and many phone calls on my part, Jeromy called.
To have the tree removed I was going to have to pay 20% more than the quote. Jeromy said it’s because the “cost of everything has gone up”. I explained that he should have let me know that five weeks ago when I gave him the down payment and he sent me a contract.
It felt like a bait and switch, that’s no way to do business.
