Accu Electric Inc is spot on! From bid to completion of my project, 10 circuit Emergency Tranfer Switch, very professional in every respect...! Timelines, estimates were below the 1+ day job by "other" Electric bids. Accu Electric did it in 2.5hrs, tested and then took the time to make sure I understood how everything worked on the backup power supply. Thanks Matt!

Matt is a thorough professional. He arrived on time and educated me while he was working. When I had a follow-on issue associated with his work, he came back to the house, double-checked what was already completed and did more trouble-shooting of the circuits throughout my home until he found and fixed the secondary issue of which I was not even aware!

After a leak in our dining room and the ceiling removed I discovered our 50lb chandelier hanging by 2 wires. I reached out to a couple electricians and Matt answered promptly and was able to fit me in to his busy schedule before the new ceiling went up. He arrived promptly at 9am. I showed him the new fixture I picked out and ensured the right box and support bars were hung. Afterward he updated my dimmer switch, and added an outlet in my basement. We discussed some other electrical upgrades and he took the time to walk around the house and quoted prices for future work. I was very satisfied w/ the time spent and never felt he was rushed to move on to the next customer.

We could not be any more pleased with the professionalism, communication, and expertise received from Accu Electric. We've worked with Matt on several projects now, including adding additional power outlets in our garage, adding holiday lighting receptacles to the exterior of our home, installation of a new sub-panel, to helping with adding several light fixtures and outlets in our basement.

After working with Matt multiple times now, we truly can not even share enough good things about our experience, except for if you're searching for an electrician, put Accu Electric at the top of your list!

In 1998 we remodeled our kitchen with "state of art" halogen puck lights under the cabinets. Well, time and obsolescence caught up as the covers and lenses kept falling and either broke or would not go back up. We contacted Matt Scherz. He came out examined out situation; listened to our requirements and preferences; explained what products were available; and provided an estimate. Matt completed the project today and we could not be more pleased. We are now fully LED under the cabinets and are set for the next 24 years! There is no doubt we would recommend Matt for any electrical project. In the age of contractors not getting back when you leave a message, Matt was exemplary. Not only did he reply he would keep in contact as the project continued and call us the day before to confirm he was coming and what area of the kitchen needed to be cleared out. This project may sound like "no big deal", but there were 18 puck lights and 8 transformers to be replaced.

We have called on Accu Electric (Matthew) for probably a dozen different electrical fixes and upgrades at our house in Washington Township over the past 3 years - he is amazing; extremely experienced, reasonably priced, and just overall a good guy. I would recommend Matthew HIGHLY and will be calling on him as long as he is around!

My husband passed away recently and I contacted Matt to complete a few projects he had started. He was unprofessional and rude. We ran into several issues with the fixtures I had selected. Matt told me next time to chose normal lights because my daughter wanted a chandelier in her bedroom that didn't fit the box that was in there. He said I was putting too many GFCI outlets in my bathroom. I told him I didn't know what to buy and bought what the salesperson at Home Depot recommended. He said they don't know anything either. He took another fixture down and it wouldn't fit, became frustrated and walked off the job without putting the old one back up or the light switch. Leaving me without any light in my bathroom.

When I moved into my house it needed a lot of work. I’ve been using Accu Electric for years. Matt is a reliable electrician. His prices are fair and the work has always been high quality. We’re never disappointed.

He sorted out some issues we were having with a few interior lights and replaced a ceiling fan for me today and I couldn’t be happier.
