All involved did a fantastic job - Josh and Jalen were professionals during the crawlspace encapsulation, and Brendan and Christian made quick work of extending the exit line. Brianna and Joe were responsive to all questions during the process. Would recommend!

I recently moved into my dream lake home, which had a crawlspace. I have never had any experience with a crawlspace to get an opinion if it would be a good idea to have it encapsulated. I saw this company working in my neighborhood, and after reading the good reviews I contacted them.

Nick was my first point of contact. He's very knowledgable, polite, professional and not "pushy" at all. I knew he would give me the information I needed to make the right decision on the project. He provided pictures of my crawlspace before the project so I could get a good idea of what the project entailed. I made the decision to have them get started. Nick estimated it would take about 5 days to complete.

Breanna, the office manager contacted me the next day to get the project scheduled. She also was very helpful in explaining how things will work with the Corona virus situation, and we scheduled the work.

I had 3 people involved in the actual work on the encapsulation: Gabe, Brenden, and Sal. All three were magnificent. Gabe and Brenden (both over 6 feet tall, they were like ninjas down there in my crawl), were the muscle cleaning out the debris and years of stuff stored in the crawl, and doing the bulk of the work for the restoration and encapsulation. Sal, was the "go to" guy that has been doing this line of work for years, and he did all the plumbing for the 2 sump pumps that got replaced, and offered advice on how to remediate some issues I was having with airflow to my heat registers on the main floor. He would also stop by at the end of the day to see how things were progressing and ask if I had any questions. He was also very very helpful in offering some ideas that would put me at ease on ways to monitor my crawlspace since I sometimes travel for extended periods.

5 Star Service. Highly recommend for all Crawl Space needs. I recently hired Crawl Space remediation to encapsulate my home's crawl space and fix a few things that needed repair. From.start to finish the team took care of all my questions and concerns. Brianna the officer manager kept good communication from start to finish. Their prices were fair and much better then other companies. Sal who gave me my quote told me what I needed and never tried to over sell me which I appreciate. On the dates of service (April 6th-8th 2022) Both Joe and Andrew arrived on time were fast and professional. Would hire again for any future jobs.

Our new house came with many mice, enough where the crawlspace had very little insultation left. Our inspector recommended Crawlspace Remediation and our realtor agreed they were a good service.
Brendan came on Tuesday to do a four day job. He took time to explain to me what he would be doing at the start of the day and answered all of my many questions. He let me know at the end of the day what he had done and the plan for the next day. On Thursday, his supervisor came with him. He basically only needed to build a new door (a specialty of his, I think), as Brendan had already completed the work that far to his satisfaction. They were able to finish that day, one day early. Brendan took pictures (I am very clausterphobic so didn't go in myself) and explained to me what I was seeing.
My wife and I now feel confident one barrier against mice and other rodents has been addressed and the new insulation will make a big difference.
I think the best part was when Brendan thought, then decided, that this was the best work he had done. It it so refreshing to get quality work from a company whose workers take such pride in what they do.
Lastly, communication with the office manager, Brianna, was also first rate. She also anwered my questions and made setting up and following through the whole process painless and easy.

We had them out to clean up and re-encapsulate our crawlspace and repair some floor joists. The team of Jaden, Josh, James, and Brendan worked efficiently cleanly and everything looks great!

I had a estimate done by crawlspace remediation and although I did not hire them due to timing and when I’d be able to get the job done; I felt compelled to write a review based on the estimate provided. I had Nick traeye come to my home and he gave me a no nonsense estimate and was very thorough and up front about what exactly they would do to get the job completed. The price was right and he gave me a list of options of how I would like to do the job. I really appreciated how thorough the estimate was. I highly recommend them just based on what I seen up front in dealing with the estimator. If you are looking to get work done I think you would be able to rest assured that this company offers no gimmick to get you to sign a deal with them.

I can't say enough about how great this company is. It was very very difficult to find a company willing to remove the rest of the dirt from the crawl space. I reached out to crawl space remediation and at first sent pictures and got an idea of a price range and make sure they could do it. 3 days later Sam came out to see the job and give a more legit estimate. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and explained everything. We were fortunate they had an opening and were able to fit us in tue next week!! He was incredibly fair and even took something off our estimate that was not needed as they worked on the job. Joe and Christian were very professional. They got to the house and got started. They let me know when they were going to lunch and when they were done for the day. Other than that they worked hard and got the job done. Everyone was so incredibly professional and friendly and couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done. Reach out to them, you won't be disappointed :)

What a terrific experience! The crew was consistently respectful of being in our home. They cleaned the work space at the end of the day, and the final clean was impressive. Shout out to Joe, Ryan, Robert, Jaxon and Jaylon. Truly kind and professional men.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Crawlspace Renediation. They were suggested to us by a realtor that we know and not only did they give us a detailed assessment and service quote breakdown of what our home needed they offered their services literally at a fraction of the cost of other quotes we received for the same services. They were professional, fast, and informative every step of the way and offered easy financing. Employees that came out to our house were courteous professional and really took the time to answer any questions we had to ensure our satisfaction. Our house feels like a completely different space after having them jack up the main floor from inside the crawlspace. Highly recommend!!!

Could not of been happier with the finished job. Brianna and Nick were great from the start, communicated with me and explained everything so I was not in the dark. There were no surprises what so ever, Nick was very straight forward and honest with me. Arthur and Josh were the best crew one could ask for. They explained everything and again, we’re awesome communicators with where they were and what they were doing. Outstanding work and customer service, I highly recommend.

We contracted with Crawlspace Remediation to do a complete Crawlspace waterproofing job, including drainage, sump pumps, mold treatment, foundation supports and encapsulation. I have done several of these projects myself over the years and can honestly say the finished product was better than I ever did. Joe Herron, Nick, Josh, Keegan, Ryan and Brenden were skillful and courteous. All my concerns were addressed without delay or excuses. Brianna in the office was great at keeping me informed. This company is well run, provides honest pricing ( unlike many I checked out), and committed to customer satisfaction. No corners were cut and some enhancements were added that I never expected. This company will be my “go to” for similar projects in the future.I can highly recommend them.

There were a few different people we dealt with over the week long process of encapsulating our crawlspace, and every single person was very nice and professional. Nick especially was SO helpful with our 300000 questions as we had never done anything like this before. We got a few quotes and they were the cheapest by almost 3K, so definitely worth it. Not only that, the vast majority of companies turned us away because our crawlspace was 1. A complete disaster and 2. Less than 3 feet tall. But they were up to the challenge and did a great job! I would use them again!

Can't say enough good things about this company. I was prepared to compare pricing but Nick's initial inspection made me confident I had chosen the right company. He was very honest with me what was required and what wasn't so I could decide based on my budget. Long story short, the pricing was so good I decided to go with the whole recommended quote and I don't regret it. My house is 95 years old and the crawlspace was in 'okay' shape - now it's basically brand new. Gordon and Mark did a fantastic job, kept me informed of what was going on, and got everything done right on schedule. They were very considerate while working on my house too. At the end of each day, they made sure to clean and close everything up so I could still let my dogs out in the back yard. I am a supply chain coordinator at work and I'm extremely particular about finishing paperwork/scheduling promptly; Sam and Meriann didn't seem to mind and were easily able to keep up with me.

They did a good job and were very kind and professional. The salesman Joe fielded our concerns and followed up with us many times. The workers Josh and Patrick spent the most time on our project. They were timely, friendly and professional. I recommend this company and have no regrets with our selection.

I highly recommend Crawlspace Remediation LLC. I was given an affordable quote for mold remediation and waterproofing by Nick. Brianna, the Office Manager then put me on their schedule. Unlike most contractors , Crawlspace stayed on task and started the work on the exact date I was scheduled for.
Nick P and Arthur were skilled and professional in doing every item of work on my estimate and even went out the extra mile by spraying to rid an ant swarm and mopped my laundry room —- without an extra charge . My crawlspace is very clean and safe now. Unlike most companies that get your money and then when you reach out later with a question and never get a call back , Crawlspace Remediation will follow through with you even after work is completed to answers questions or whatever. I am so happy I chose this company!

We worked with this company to encapsulate our crawlspace. It was a wet, dirty and muddy place to start. At the end it was clean, dry and in MUCH better condition for the years to come. The crew that did the work, Christian and Andrew, were professional, timely and did great work. They were receptive to all my questions and provided regular updates as the work proceeded. The office manager, Bri, was very responsive, informative and friendly. When changes or questions came up, there was no delay in resolving them. Joe came out to complete the final touches and complete the closing appointment. As with everyone else we worked with, he was also prompt, profession and great to work with.

I would recommend this company and use them again if future work is needed.

Had a crawlspace encapsulated in 2020 and had some issues with it down the road however the nature of my crawlspace is especially difficult so this is understandable and it turned out I also had a plumbing leak which was not their problem but I wouldn't have learned about it without them. I originally had a misunderstanding about the warranty after noticing some issues but I was well taken care of and informed of the situation in a way that makes me assured that these guys stand behind their work with integrity. I would recommend these guys over many of the other larger foundation companies in SE Michigan including Foundation Systems. Very reasonable prices compared to others and it's a peace of mind to know that the owner and crew are serious about longterm support. The crew that came out for repairs in 2023 was professional and excellent as was Brianna at the main office so all around a great outfit from what I can tell.

I reached out to them for my crawl space. We live near lake and had lot of problems with my crawl space. Nick came for an inspection and provided the solutions to our crawl space issues with reasonable price. He is very respectful and doesn’t pressure you to buy stuff which a lot of other companies do. His team member John and Ryan worked in our crawl space. They are respectful, hard working, communicate well(lot of other companies wont once they have the contract) and professional. They cleaned out everything before they leave for the day. With their hardwork they have transformed my crawl space. They deserve 5 out 5 stars ⭐️ .
