Otto came to my home the same day that I contacted the office. I received the quote on the same day that he came to my home. The communication was great including when he would arrive to quote, when to expect the quote, and when the crew would arrive. I received both texts and confirming calls from the office both the day before as well as the day of the appointment.

Their quote was competitive and reasonable. Unlike other companies, they were able to provide proof of insurance and liability directly from their insurance agent which is extremely important to me.

On the day of the appointment the crew finished up a job earlier than planned. The office promptly called me to advise that they would arrive before the scheduled time. They were fast, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up the limbs, twigs, logs, and sawdust from the stump grinding. I recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Otto’s has been our go to tree service for the last 3 years. From small limb removal to storm cleanup, to most recently removing 2 large trees tucked right over our house. No matter the size of the job they have always been professional, friendly, communicative, and fairly priced. And most importantly they complete the job to the highest of standards and leave your yard looking spotless. Will continue to call Otto’s for future service and so should you!

We had a tree fall in our yard after a storm. The team at Otto responded quickly to our call and came out same day for a quote. Their quote was the best we had out of many and for more work than some of the others quoted us for. They arrived right on time the day of the removal and were extremely professional. I will definitely be using them in the future for some tree removal around the property!

From start to finish, the communication & services provided by Otto Tree Service were outstanding. The job required clearing decades of over grown invasive brush & trees along a shoreline & elsewhere. Their equipment is impressive & their staff is highly qualified & knowledgeable. Called Otto to take care of an old tree on my property because I was worried it would fall on the house. They were fast to come inspect and quote and were able to schedule me next day due to a cancellation. Their cost was significantly less than other local tree companies I got quotes from. Crew was fast taking down a pretty large tree, did a great job and made sure to clean up afterwards, I really appreciate it. Thank you!

HUGE THANKS to Otto Tree Service for coming out to remove a massive decaying maple tree for me. From estimate to cleanup, this entire crew was FABULOUS!! Their prices cannot be beat, the consistent communication with me was super appreciated, they took care of me quickly and had the job complete in just a few hours. Got a recommendation from my sister to use Otto Tree Service. My neighbor had an old rotten choke cherry tree that threatened my garage, close to our fence line. Big limbs overhung my property. Kind of a mess, no room for big equipment in our back yards, either.

Otto Tree Service did a stellar job! They showed up on time to evaluate. They were willing to give us a list of options. They emailed the proposal in a timely manner. My questions were answered, and they worked with two property owners without making a mess of things. The cost was much better than what had been quoted by other companies. The work was done safely for both our property and the crew, very professional. They cleaned up! All in all, I'm very glad I called them, they did a great job, and I'd recommend them highly.

Otto's crew did a very good job. They quickly and safely took down two trees and cleaned up the mess afterwards.

This company was great. They came in and helped my older dad who was in a tree emergency situation . They were so quick to come in and give my dad a quote, which was very fair in price. This is the fourth project I have done with Otto Tree service. They took down four trees and cleaned out severe tree debris in a creek and common area of our HOA. The did a phenomenal job and the workers are incredibly pleasant and conscientious of the area they are working in. The whole neighborhood couldn't say enough nice things about the work they accomplished. They are reasonably priced and always on time for their jobs. Very reliable in all areas. Everyone wants them to come back and do more.
