Zach replaced my furnace and water heater this past winter and did a phenomenal job. Was very helpful answering all of my questions, professional with his work, and got everything done in a timely manner. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Helped me get my ac working on one of the hottest days of the year. Was too late in the day to get parts, but he had something on hand to get it back up and running.

He answered all of my questions and gave me options without high pressured sales techniques. He arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Zach came highly recommended from a friend and are we ever happy that we called him! We needed a new water heater and Zach took the call and was over the next day! He and one of the guys he works with hauled that heavy heater up the stairs and hauled the old one away! They worked until the job was done and cleaned up afterwards! And his prices were better than another quote we got and better than what our neighbor paid their company they dealt with! We will be recommending him to all of our neighbors and friends! Cody arrived on time and resolved the problem with my furnace quickly. Given that he was not the first person (or company) that was sent to fix it, that is saying a lot, in my opinion. I would highly recommend Detroit Heating and Cooling and since only Cody has been here from them, I would highly recommend them, as well, if Cody is an example of the caliber of technicians they employ. Mike was great, and he did good work. My only problem was they could not fix my problem on their first visit, but they did come relatively early the next day, which was good.

Cody J. has been out to my house various issues with our ac and furnaces. Each time has been super professional and helpful. He fixed a problem that was probably going to end up costing us thousands in the long run. The best part is he fixed it before the winter when it really would have been frustrating.
