I've had Plummers do various disposal projects for me, they've always been on time and very professional. Pricing is always on par with service. They are an awesome company to deal with, I haven't had any issues with them.

PLEASE STOP!!! Sometimes cheaper pricing means you get what you pay for. This place is family owned and operated. What this means is you will have to sue them in a court of law in order to have your damaged home or property taking care of or replaced. They are by far the most awful unprofessional group of individuals I've ever had to deal with in my lifetime. The ower was always unavailable to speak with about damages and the driver refused he caused them. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE... OR REGRET IT LIKE ME. In the end I'm out of $1,500 when I could of paid for quality service elsewhere with a real reputations. Their website has only positive reviews from what seams to be friends of the family. Again, this was just my experience.

Called the morning of May 8th 2020 for a 30 yard roll off dumpster. Showed up 2 hours later. I was able to complete my job and and move on to the next. Time is money. Thank you Plummers Disposal Service for a job well done as always.

Ally was friendly, helpful and quick to send me a quote over email. I even received a call from their driver with a window as to when he was dropping off the dumpster. I would highly recommend!

We used Plummer’s to for our wedding. We rented their Port-a-Lisa (luxury restrooms). Everything went smoothly, they were very responsive to our requests and changes! Great people to work with!

Just saw one of their truck drivers dump trash out of his window directly onto the road on Wilson Ave. Kind of ironic that someone who specializes in dumpsters would do that... 🤔

We rented a dumpster 15 yard in Kalamazoo for a five day service. It was dropped off at 5PM the first day and picked up in the morning of the fourth day. Um, that was not five days. Also, they didn't call and say they were going to be late or pick up early. Bad communication all around. When I called to ask why this was happening they blamed it on bad weather, which was ridiculous because the roads were clear and a light snow on the ground. I would NEVER use them again and advise that you don't either.

The first time I used them everything was great. But this time they charged me double the agreed amount. And because of that my account was overdrawn. So it cost me 3 bounce fees. So now I was charged $90 more in overdraft fees.
They paid me back the overcharged amount
But I was still stuck with al.ost $100 in overdraft fees. Service is great if they bill correctly

Curtis at Plumbers Disposal is an absolute hero. I had to get a porta potty last minute for a funeral and by last minute I mean had to call after hours in a panic for next day delivery. Curtis immediately called me back and donated the porta potty. People like this don’t come around often and I appreciate you so much!

During peak construction season we can have upwards of 40 portable restrooms and a handful of dumpsters across 15-20 job sites and Plummer's does a fantastic job keeping the restrooms clean!

I run a preservation company, I was in need of a dumpster extremely short notice (twice). I could not find any company that could get one to me in time. Plummers disposal was extremely fast and reliable, the prices were the lowest I had found and their service is absolutely unbeatable. I would recommend them to any business and/or home owner. I will be using them for every debris removal we have from now on.

When the costs of services are competitive, customer service makes or breaks it for me. While shopping around and making calls, Plummers reps were the only ones who didn’t make me feel like I was annoying them.

CAUTION: If you are wondering why their prices are cheaper than everyone else, this is why. I ordered one of their dumpsters for a 7 day rental and only got 6 days of use out of it. It was dropped off at 4:30 pm on a Friday and conveniently picked up at 8:15 am the following Friday. When I asked for a credit for the day I lost, I was refused. I guess if you short all of your customers 1 day of services, as a business, that’s one way to make money!

I appreciate the driver who was extremely accommodating dropping off a 12 yard dumpster in Ada on 6/25/24. I didn't get his name but wanted to give a shout out. It's not everyday you get 5 star service. Thank you!

0 stars if I could. Communication is beyond terrible. between the operators and truck drivers and also with there clients!! I rented 6 dumpsters and paid a total of $3100 in a span of 2 weeks. 3 out of the 6 dumpsters were dropped off in the wrong location, and I had to call each time and have them come back and re locate the dumpsters.(costing me valuable time) meanwhile I am being charged with $135 relocation fees each time!! FOR THEIR MESS UP!!! Don't expect your voicemails to go anywhere as i've been forwarded multiple times and still have not gotten any answers or help on their end... its crazy after spending thousands you would think that you have some priority in there eyes. nope

Great job once again with our deluxe bathroom trailer for our sons wedding!! The driver communincated when he was a half an hour away and everything was clean and ready to go!!

After getting screwed over last minute by another company, I called Plummers. Not only was the phone employee quick and efficient, but they were able to arrange a dumpster to me within the hour. Dumpster was set up exactly where I requested, and pick up occured promptly on the day they promised. Will now only use Plummers from here on out!
