They did excellent work and were very professional, even going above and beyond with a late night service call. I am very satisfied with the service I received and I will be recommending them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

My tec was Julian he was awesome needed my basement drain snaked it took awhile but he didn't give up after 4 hours and some roots he got it cleaned out he was very polite. Was very happy with the job he did

The company did an amazing job called 1st thing in the morning and they were able to come out same day. Replace an old metal pipe and replaced it with a new pvc.

We needed our backflow tested and they were able to come out the very next morning. We don’t use the sprinkler system so they were able to just remove it and cap it off so we didn’t have to worry about this in the future. Would definitely recommend!

Julien was great! He fixed the clogged pipe and allowed me to ask a million questions, I learned more during his visit than HOURS of YouTube. Optimistically, I won’t need a plumber again for this. But if I do, I’d call them

I understood the service call for $79, but they didn’t tell me there was a minimum parts and labor charge of $89!! Keep in mind the young man they sent was great but it took about 10 minutes. They didn’t tell reduce it by $25

Contacted around 9:30 am and a team came out at 2:30. They informed me what was going to be done and the cost. I now have a new hot water tank and everything updated to code. The guys were extremely nice and professional. I really appreciate how nice they were to me.

Hired Burton's to upgrade our kitchen plumbing. Justin was able to perform the day after providing an estimate. He was efficient and professional. Would hire again!

When we had a new dryer delivered we learned that we could no longer use copper lines for gas hookup. Burton's cam out and got us squared away with new piping off the main-gas line up into our laundry room, including installation of two additional ball valves. Justin was incredibly courteous, explained his work well, explained what was required and walked through the work after it was finished.

Well, my middle name is Aaliyah. Let's get that straight. Jeanette is my first name and I had some stuff done in Lincoln parkI had a toilet done. My toilet was running a lot, and the tech that came out was very nice. He was very pleasant. A lot of information his name was James Cox. He was very pleasant to me and he gave me a lot of information and helping me and he taught me a lot about plumbing, but he made me feel comfortable when he was doing the job and he did a good job explaining what he was doing.

Jordan and Brandon were so friendly and professional in fixing my leaking toilet. They explained my options and even gave me a discount after quoting me one price. I REALLY appreciate all the communication from Burton's Plumbing before and after my service. I would highly recommend them.

Burton's sent out Jordan. When he showed up, I explained the situation and apologized because I knew how dirty he was going to get trying to fix the issue. Dude had no problem crawling under the house and assessing the work. Gave a REALLY reasonable quote. Then he spent the next 2 hours fixing things (including repairing my hap-hazard weekend work).

All things considered: The price, response time, and work he did was awesome. I would 100% recommend these guys.
