The crew, Eric & Rick were on time and get to work immediately. Clean up was also completed very professionally.

Park trucks down road for whole block and when you get to the end of the trucks the last one is blocking the whole road. Had to back all the way back down the block. Workers would not even answer a simple question of why don't you just close the road.

Very good at what they do, I had a monster white oak hanging over my hiuse and drive that had dropped dead limbs on two cars and my house damaging all over time. Previous owner had trimmed trees so most all the limbs hung over houses and so it was a tough tree to drop as all the weight was over homes.
These guys brough it all down in three hours without damaging anything and they beat the competitions quotes by over a THOUSAND dollars.
Your a fool if you dont at least call these guys as they are where you want to be.

The crew was on time and got right to work. I was impressed by how fast my big locust tree came down. Clean up was even better than I was expecting. All around great experience and will reccomend.

Came in only a few minutes behind schedule. Quickly removed the trees and cleaned up the mess quite nicely. Friendly group of guys completed the job quickly and on a very good budget. Would recommend!

CMTD cut a large (18/20”) branch , hanging over my house.
As requested, they cut the branch in 18” logs, for my fireplace.
They removed the smaller branched, cleaned up and were done in about 1-1/2 hour.
All is good.

The crew did an awesome job grinding the stumps in both the front and back yard and removing this pesky tree whose roots were causing all kinds of problems for my house. They also cleaned up after themselves and gave me suggestions on things I can do to minimize tree growth near my house in the future.

They did a wonderful job taking our tree down! The crew was very methodical about the direction in which they would take the tree down to ensure there was no damage to anyone’s property. The price was very reasonable as well! Very professional😊

The crews were amazing! This is why they have business. Jeff and Jacob were excellent climbers. Their job is incredibly difficult, and they were masters at taking down the monster tree. The guys on the ground (sorry I dont have names to shout out to) they worked incredibly hard and efficiently. Until all the rain at the end of day 2 they were nothing but smiles and fun. Even with all the mud they kept it clean. This crew alone would be the reason I would be a repeat customer. 5/11/18

I would like to increase my score from 2 to 3 stars based on the fact that the company reached back out to me to resolve my concerns and apologized to me for the situation. Which I can completely appreciate. I may move forward with the solution they offered to me. I will possibly come back and edit my post again based on whatever experience I get if I do move forward. 4/11/18.

"Got a quote May of 2017. Couldn't afford it then. However was able to make it work this year for that quoted price. So I called in and I was told I would need a re-quote. Scheduling it was a bit rough. And I stated I wanted to be there and that I did want to move forward. They never called and showed up and left before the appointment I scheduled. I had to keep calling in to get any information. Anyways, I expected at most a couple hundred dollars more than my original quote, but not nearly double the estimate I got less than 11 months ago! And when I stated as much without pause the sales rep knocked $1000 off. He was just trying to make extra money quick. And used the excuse that the sales rep that gave me the original quote wasnt with the company anymore for a reason. Needless to say I will not, and never will go with this company. A shame they dont honor quotes given less than a year ago."

The crew did a great job of removing some trees, trimming trees, and removing some shrubbery. They were efficient, neat, and very attentive to their work. CutMyTreeDown has done it again! We’ve used this company two other times, one being to just tree trim some limbs hanging over our garage, house, but this time we went for the entire tree removal. The tree was a beast! Standing at approximately 150/200ft with a trunk circumference of 18/20ft. Hats off to the crew assigned to the job! They worked together long and hard to get it done professionally. Thank you Dan, Jordan, Ali, Chris (stump removal) and the gentleman driving the fork lift to get the monstrous tree trunk out to the flatbed. 😊

Received a call this morning from this company, which I did not ask for. Her first words out of her mouth is "I see you live in Detroit", I answered yes I do, she proceeds to tell me that since my address is in Detroit they charge $150 for an estimate!! I'm sorry but because I live in Detroit you are going to charge me? But you don't charge people in other cities for an estimate???!!!!! I will NEVER use your company since you want to discriminate against the residents of DETROIT!!! And I will let everyone I know not to use this company also. Your company just lost a HUGE job!

they came and cut 2 huge trees down, they cleaned up and you would never know they were here. very professional worked their buts off. these were really huge trees a elm and a maple. great equipment no junk. if you need this kind of work call these guys you wont be sorry.

The crew (believe one of their names was Rico) that came and did my tree trimming was very professional and efficient. Did initial walk through to ensure were going to trim all needed areas. Pricing was far better than other offers I’d got from notable local companies. Overall super pleased with the service.
