Reviews of local pros in Woodhaven, Michigan

The fellows did a fabulous job. I feel they went above and beyond. They are very conscious of your property. They are prompt, they work a full day. Clean up is phenomenal. I've had cement work done before and there is no comparison. Also used this company when I found a sm crack just starting to leak in my basement came right out inspected everything to make sure it wasn't something else. Made the repair, cleaned up even moved things back in place. I would highly recommend this company for any and all cement work as well as foundation and basement repairs. 10 stars from here. Job well done👍👍these guys have also done landscaping work for me too, excellent work yard looked and still does beautiful. They've repaired my fence posts rails and gate as well. Honest and reliable.

No words needed. ♡

Excellent communication and very fair pricing. Sean and his team were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend using them. From start to finish the project went seamlessly. We were more than happy with the finished product.

We have used Sean Thornton & his guys for several outdoor projects, including concrete work for a step & patio extension. Their work is top notch with excellent results. We could not be happier with the service they provide! We will continue to use them for any future projects.

Sean saved the day again!

I highly recommend “The Guys Landscaping & Foundation Company”

From my indoor sump pump to exterior drainage……I couldn’t be happier with his attention to detail and knowledge of how to correct the problems I have had!

Sean is always fairly priced👍

Awesome experience. Sean and his guys knocked it out in 2 days and they were very fairly priced. Will use again!

Shawn and his crew are AMAZING!! I love our new yard. When we purchased our home in February, we had a vision of what it would look like but did not know how or want to do the "hard" work ourselves. From the time we first met Shawn he instantly understood our vision and had amazing insight into what we needed and wanted done. Everyone on the team were kind and super respectful of our time and property. They treated our home like it was their own. Everything that was asked of them was not only accomplished but they accomplished it with a smile on their faces. They weren't here for just another "job" they were here to give us the yard we have always wanted and envisioned. They really took the time and care into giving us the yard we will not only enjoy this summer but many years to come.

I'm a neighbor to a house that these guys are working on. Our family is beyond grateful that our neighbor chose these guys. We have watched them jack up the house, completely remove the existing foundation, rebuild a new foundation, put in an egress, glass block windows, and then waterproofed it all. They demoed the garage floor and existing driveway as well. Today they just got done pouring the cement...five minutes after they finished the cement, a kid decided to cut through it on his bike. The Guys response was one full of integrity. He helped the kid out and showed him kindness. Wow! A lesson in humanity! During this entire process they have been respectful of our property-this is how neighbors remain neighborly, when the contractors hired respect the homes around them. If I could go back a few years to when I had my home waterproofed, I would have went with them. They are young enough to work the hours they put in, but old enough to have the wisdom of knowing the value of a good name! I'd leave 10 stars if I could!!!

Sean was contracted through a foundation repair company we were working with to pour the concrete around our house and I am so happy that he was! He truly is extremely hard working and rightfully proud of his work. He goes far beyond professionalism. He took it upon himself to do much more than is required to assure our complete satisfaction. He is an artist who cares about each project as if he’s working on his own home. All we had to do was admire his beautiful work when it was finished. Thank you, Sean!

Great work, great attention to detail, really knew the business and couldn’t beat the price. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a great experience getting my home waterproofed, the guys were respectful and knowledgeable about the measures being taken to ensure a dry home. Great service and workmanship for a fair price!

I had Sean and Tad replaced floor joists and encapsulate the crawl space in my house. They were fast and the work is immaculate. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for crawl space work.

Sean and his crew were prompt started the job as promised very efficient and when the job was complete I didn't even know that they were at my home except for the beautiful new driveway and New porch very fairly priced even the city inspector commented at what a nice job they did I will be using their services again
