Shawn and his crew are AMAZING!! I love our new yard. When we purchased our home in February, we had a vision of what it would look like but did not know how or want to do the "hard" work ourselves. From the time we first met Shawn he instantly understood our vision and had amazing insight into what we needed and wanted done. Everyone on the team were kind and super respectful of our time and property. They treated our home like it was their own. Everything that was asked of them was not only accomplished but they accomplished it with a smile on their faces. They weren't here for just another "job" they were here to give us the yard we have always wanted and envisioned. They really took the time and care into giving us the yard we will not only enjoy this summer but many years to come.

I'm a neighbor to a house that these guys are working on. Our family is beyond grateful that our neighbor chose these guys. We have watched them jack up the house, completely remove the existing foundation, rebuild a new foundation, put in an egress, glass block windows, and then waterproofed it all. They demoed the garage floor and existing driveway as well. Today they just got done pouring the cement...five minutes after they finished the cement, a kid decided to cut through it on his bike. The Guys response was one full of integrity. He helped the kid out and showed him kindness. Wow! A lesson in humanity! During this entire process they have been respectful of our property-this is how neighbors remain neighborly, when the contractors hired respect the homes around them. If I could go back a few years to when I had my home waterproofed, I would have went with them. They are young enough to work the hours they put in, but old enough to have the wisdom of knowing the value of a good name! I'd leave 10 stars if I could!!!

Sean was contracted through a foundation repair company we were working with to pour the concrete around our house and I am so happy that he was! He truly is extremely hard working and rightfully proud of his work. He goes far beyond professionalism. He took it upon himself to do much more than is required to assure our complete satisfaction. He is an artist who cares about each project as if he’s working on his own home. All we had to do was admire his beautiful work when it was finished. Thank you, Sean!

I had Sean and Tad replaced floor joists and encapsulate the crawl space in my house. They were fast and the work is immaculate. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for crawl space work.

Sean and his crew were prompt started the job as promised very efficient and when the job was complete I didn't even know that they were at my home except for the beautiful new driveway and New porch very fairly priced even the city inspector commented at what a nice job they did I will be using their services again

Sean and Tad were amazing to work with on this project. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly hard-working, going above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. They didn't cut corners and even helped me with several unexpected tasks. From removing a significant amount of soil and sand to adding topsoil, properly grading the lawn, handling the cement work by the deck, and installing a pop-up drain for the downspout, their work was exceptional. I will absolutely be using The Guys Landscaping for future projects and highly recommend their services.
