Would reccomend this company! Keith did a quick and affordable $200 some repair on our AC unit after Air Serve said it wouldn't work and we needed to buy a whole new system. That may be true down the road...but for now, it works. I was grateful for the common sense & integrity that Lakewood Heating & Cooling displayed.

Update- after a not so fortunate beginning, the field director reached out to right the wrongs.. that is commendable and highly appreciated! Going forward, I would happily work with them again if any problems surface! Good customer service will always be recognized and undoubtedly deserves a second chance! Thanks so much!!

I called for a quote on replacing my furnace. They were out within hours. They gave me a quote, we agreed on the price and said they would be there in a week. The install appointment was set. The service techs showed up on time and completed the replacement within 5 hours. They cleaned up, walked me through what was done. Very happy.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Keith did a great job going through the options we had for our cooling issues which we really appreciated. The crew was very neat and professional and Lanae was great at getting any questions we had answered and coordinating things from start to finish.

It was initially determined that we needed to replace the ac condenser. Upon arrival to do the replacement, Kyle thoroughly inspected the ac system again and discovered the problem was actually from a leak. He advised me of what he found, stayed on site until he knew he fixed the leak and said that the ac should be good to go. I'm thankful for his thorough work and honesty, which actions saved us a considerable amount of money in unnecessary parts and repairs. We will use Lakewood Heating & Cooling as future needs arise.

Our quote for our new water heater was quite high. They gave us the skew number to buy a cheaper one at Menards instead of Home depot which they go through. Unfortunately our water heater was still too tall. We had to go without any water while we waited on parts, but they were out bright and early the next day. We ended up with no water in our shower after which was another problem. They helped us find a plumber they recommend. Turned out to be our valve and cartridge. Kyle does great work and was there for all the hiccups of things that did not right.

After calling 20 other places, we thought we’d give Lakewood a shot even though we live about 40 miles away. Within an hour of calling (after business hours) we had a tech on the way. Kyle was super friendly and fixed our boiler issue super quick and we now have heat after 24 hours without. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! Great prices for great service.

Keith was Amazing!! He fixed the problem in no time and gave us info on other parts of the house that may cause issues in the future. Very respectful and knowledgeable! Definitely will be having him do future work.

Keith and Kyle installed a complete HVAC system replacement in a home I refurbished. Excellent price, communication, workmanship, and quality. They custom installed this difficult project exactly as I requested. Excellent service after sale when necessary. I would highly recommend Lakewood to anyone who needs a furnace or service

Very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. They were able to clean my furnace, install a new thermostat and check everything over in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced and even fit me on their schedule the same day I called, which I had not expected. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Our mom's heater broke last week. A Lakewood Heating and Air technician was there within two hours to diagnose the problem. The part (blower motor) was not immediately available (New Years eve) so they loaned Mom three space heaters until they could get back with the part. Thoroughly professional and prompt. I highly recommend this company.

Ken was able to offer a different approach to an issue we had with our heating system that corrected the issue, at a lower cost than others quoted and in a way that simplified the system now and for future maintenance. He was very pleasant to work with, took the time to explain the issue and the solution and made sure the repairs were effective. Great work!

Audry was very helpful and professional and was able to get us scheduled very quickly as well as send out the confirmation text and e-mail with the techs name and picture which was very helpful. And Kyle the tech that came out was also very professional and was able to diagnose and fix the issue with our a/c until all in the same trip, saving time and money. Recently had my furnace go out and had Kyle come out Monday and diagnose the issues and was here within a few days with the new part, was early to the appointment, very professional, and even gave me a few maintenance tips to help maintain the equipment. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of HVAC services!!!!!!!

I have to say for those that are local, Keith at Lakewood Heating and Cooling are absolutely the best! Keith is one of those owners that ensure customers are happy and he takes that very seriously. We had a new Mini-split system installed in our (very challenging) house and while it hasn't been all butterflies and unicorns, Keith has continually stepped up to make everything right.
