Called for a quote to bring old LP home to code. Ken, the owner, came in and introduced himself, his business and brought all current certs, license and insurance. Nice start.

Communication before job was outstanding. It is not often that you hear of home repair professionals that are on time. He called day before job to remind me of time and morning of to say they were in route. Arrived on time as promised.

For the job, his electrician Mike found some issues in the wiring. That is why I called professionals, because I anticipated some issues in the house.

Now, he could have jammed me up $$$, but instead, as he showed me each issue, he gave options and helped me come up with way to ensure work was up to code and cost efficient with no corners cut.

I appreciate that they took the time to review what was to be done, show me what was done and ensure my happiness with the job. I am pleased knowing my house is up to code and safe

I needed an Electrician because my late father's house didn't pass the electrical portion of the inspection. I called Ken Stone (from a referral) at Service Tech Electric, and he agreed to work his magic and fix the issues on the inspection report. To make a long story short, I received the Certificate of Occupancy, so my father's house is ready to be sold. Thank you Ken, you are licensed, bounded and insured. Makes a difference. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been trying to contact electricians to contact me for a light replacement on our church for many months with no luck. I found Service Tech on Google and Ian came out, replaced the light and revised the electrical and photo cells. Awesome job, accountable and friendly. I would recommend Service Tech to anyone who needs electrical work done any time. He also replaced a timer/switch for our inside the same day. Very happy with the fantastic work. Thank you Ian!

Great company. Great work. I called them and they came out the same day. First thing Ken did is show me that he was bonded and licensed. Quickly Diagnosed the problem. Came back a few days later and installed the light fixture and light switch. I am very happy and fully recommend

I came across this business online and I am sure glad I found them. Ken and his crew ran new wiring and installed 2 ceiling fans along with a light in a closet. In addition, they turned some outlets that were only active via a switch to just be live all the time. They found an issue in our attic and addressed the problem along with the other work. Ken and Ken and everyone else were extremely professional from the start and beyond accomodating and just an overall pleasure to work with. You guys have a customer for life! Do yourself a favor and call these guys if you need any electrical work. Thanks again!

Ken Stone came at the end of a long day of work to give me an estimate the same day I called. I needed can lights on my front porch before other work would make that more difficult. Ken and Greg came the next day after previously scheduled work. They were professional, kind and showed interest in the job. As they worked they checked to make sure it was as I wanted it done. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Ken made sure to anwser all my questions, explain, and drawout all the work that needed too be done which most folks don't do now and days. He quickly, but me in his schedule for the week to do the work. He is a very respectful man, very professional, kind and showed interest in the job. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Ken came to my home the same day I called. First thing he did is show me that he is licensed and bonded. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave me a fair price and came back a few days later to install the light fixture and light switch. I am very happy with Ken and his company. I fully recommend Ken and Service Tech

The other electricians either didn't return my calls or weren't interested in installing an outside plug. Ken came out the same day I called, gave me a quote, and showed me his license and insurance certificate. A week later, he and his guys did a great job. I also like the five year warranty on labor and one year on parts. The next time I need an electrician, Ken will be the first one I call.

You want to hire Ken and his crew if you want the best customer service and electric work. His price may be higher than others, but he pays attention to the details where others slack off or take shortcuts. Ken is thorough and does the job right. Anyone else is a gamble, IMO, and you shouldn't gamble with the electrical work in your home.

Examples of Ken's thoroughness:

- He will show you his license and paperwork in detail.
- He takes detailed notes and puts all the information on the work order.
- While working our job, if he noticed little things that weren't right, he called me over to discuss it, often making it right on the spot.
- The work was tidy and cables were tucked away.
- He taught his apprentices the little things like wiping fingerprints off of glass fixtures.
- He asked me no less than 40 times over 6 days if I had any questions.

Ken and the guys at service tech did an awesome job adding lights and outlets in my basement. The lights are straight in a row and look great looking at them down the line. Everyone of the guys involved in doing the work where kind, professional and really cared about doing a good job. Ken kept in contact the entire time and I knew exactly what was happening and when. Eventually I will need my garage wired up and I know I will be calling service tech to do the job.

I had Service Tech out to my home to do a variety of electrical work and I was extremely pleased. Ian installed a chandelier adding a dimmer, replaced a back porch light and motion-detection light, added a GFI outlet and replaced a faulty hall light switch. He was on--time, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I will definitely use this company again!

Ken came and did the estimate for me and was a fair price for the work that was needed. The crew was professional on time and finished the work in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about Ken and his crew. I would recommend them to anyone

Ken assisted me with an issue that had been a persistent problem. I made an error that required him to make a return trip, but he was extremely professional and delivered great value regardless. I would certainly recommend.

Update: I called Ken once again, and just as before. he delivered top-service quickly, and reasonably priced. Five stars once again.

Ken the owner and Mike who works for Ken just hooked up a back up generator for my home. This is the third job they did for me. Price is reasonable. The work is first rate. Very nice people. I would recommend Service Tech Electric for any one looking for electrical work. Thanks again Mike and Ken. 5 STARS!!! Just did another job for me. I waited until Ken was able to do the job. No thought of using anyone else Thank Ken. 5 stars again!!!

Called Ken to do install our electrical for our pool that we just had installed. He was prompt, responsive and very polite.
Came out to give us an estimate, took his time explaining what needed to be done. Was very fair with the price of the job.
He had Mike come out to do the job, and he was courteous, friendly and a hard worker. He cleaned up after himself, and even made sure my gate was secure so my dogs couldn't get out.
When the job was complete, Ken went over everything with me, making sure we knew what was done, sent pictures of the install for our records. Made sure several times that I didn't have any questions.
We Highly recommend Ken and Mike if are in need of any electrical contracting. We will be using them again in the future.

I learned about Service Tech Electric from the other great reviews. After my first estimate, I decided I could add a couple more electrical repairs/upgrades with how reasonable Ken's prices were. The crew did a ton of work in about 2 and a half work days. A few days after the job was completed, I realized the outdoor plug for our car charger needed to be flipped upside down to work with our setup. Ken's crew was back at my house within hours to complete the 10 minute fix. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I had been getting the runaround from other electricians for two months. Not returning calls, not showing up for agreed upon appointments. I was finally recommended Ken and his company and he returned my call by the next day. The entire job was complete within two days. Ken and his two apprentices were very professional, thorough and kept me updated every step of the way. It’s hard these days to find good, honest and reliable help for home repairs and Ken and his staff do it “old school”. Highly recommended!

After looking at reviews trying to find an electrician to set me up with an outdoor outlet and generator transfer switch, I found Service Tech Electric and decided to give Ken a call. He answered right away and came out very quickly to give me an estimate.

Ken was extremely friendly and his prices were more than reasonable. He was able to schedule the work in just a couple weeks and maintained good communication the whole time.

His team came in and did the work in just a few short hours even with a power outage happening. They were on time, friendly, and professional (even in spite of the heat they had to deal with). Ken even called afterwards to see how everything went, which was really cool.

I had a new meter, line in, breaker box, a new line trenched to my garage, new sub panel in the garage, and all new wiring and outlets in the garage. Ian and his crew did a magnificent job with the work and were very fast and efficient. Ian did a great job during the estimate explaining what they were going to do, how long it would take, and why it would cost what it cost. The cost, by the way, was very reasonable for the work that was done.

I'll definitely call them again if I need an electrician.
