I was really disappointed in my experience with this company, as I had a very good initial impression of them. I reached out to see if they could come work on a broken heater at our building. I scheduled an appointment with them for approximately 11:00am the next day, and paid someone to be there to let the workers in. at 3pm, 4 hours after the appointment time, no one had shown up and no one had called. I called the company, and they told me that, because I hadn't scheduled an earlier appointment time, the workers had gotten busy with other projects. I was told that I would get a call back about if they could still make it over that day - I never did. I understand that everyone is short on workers and overwhelmed right now. But please just be up front beforehand if you won't be able to keep an appointment, to save the customer the time and money of being ready for you, and please do not blame the customer when you don't show up.

I really appreciated the fast response from them when I called.. Very professional job. Left space cleaner than when he arrived.

Recently hired this company to install a new ducted system in my home. Their team were incredibly professional. They arrived on time as promised, and they took time to explain the entire installation process, answering all my questions. I highly recommend their service to anyone.

Their team did full HVAC replacement for my condo more than a month ago. But they still haven’t provided me receipt for my payment and no warranty papers. I spent over 5k and I don’t have any proof to use their labor or parts warranty. I keep getting run around for receipts. Very unprofessional

This was a terrible experience. My heat went out in the middle of a winter storm and was I was referred to the owner of this company. He sent a tech out that night and arrived and said my circuit board on my furnace needed replacing and that was all and he would be back in the morning with the part at 9am. He showed up at 11:30am , trying to get a hold of the owner numerous times he was always up to an hour reaching back out. Tech came back with the part and it didn't work. Had a sprinter van with two people sitting outside my house and trying part after part and nothing working. Before I knew it there were 5 people in my house and mind you the tech was telling me everything was working. Before I knew it the tech came in with pipe wrenches and before I knew it i was being told my heat exchanger was cracked after 9 hours getting a run around and getting nothing back from the owner. When confronting him on the situation he said he told me this which was a lie and never did anything to make it right. This is a very shady company. You'll never meet the man you talk to and he'll send people to your house that speak very poor English and don't understand you.

I have used Attar Enterprises a number of times. The guys are always On time and Polite, Open, honest and clean about the work they do. I have a few houses that they have taken care of for me. They are very far with their pricing. I would highly recommend Attar Enterprises to anyone.

Justin took a last minute call and came out to my house just before Christmas. He was so knowledgeable and seemed to really love what he was doing. He fixed my furnace, went above and beyond. So nice to have a courteous and friendly technician!! Will definitely call for service again when I am ready to replace this old furnace and a/c!!

My furnace took a turn for the worse recently. During my
devastating grief I recalled my sister had a new furnace
installed a couple weeks ago. I called and Hafez (The Man)
was he out the same day. So after discussing what I need with
the most honest man in the business, two days later I am
having a new furnace and A/C installed. After a text in the
morning to let me know of their ETA, they arrived and got to
work. What seemed like no time at all (I was watching tv),
the guys were done. Not only was everything very professional
looking the area was cleaner than it was! Beautiful job!!
If you need any work done do not hesitate to hire these guys!!

Literally...

Right in the middle of a snowstorm I had a problem develop with my Furnace and I called Attar. They came out and inspected the Furnace and found I had a cracked heat exchanger and lots of Carbon Monoxide being produced and they said it was in a very unsafe condition and it needed to be replaced. When they pulled the old Furnace they discovered multiple cracks in all the heat exchangers. They were able to replace my Furnace that day before I got to cold and its worked so much better then my old Furnace did. I've been meaning to post this for a few months. Glad they were able to keep me from taking a very long nap. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them. This Summer I am planning on updating my AC as its older then my Furnace was.

I called Hadez to get an estimate to replace my hot water heater. He was able to give me an estimate but also came out to the house a couple hrs later. He gave me a call later that day saying that he was able to come out before noon the next day to replace my hot water heater. He was at my house the next day around 9:00 to replace it and was done by 12:00. I was so impressed with the work and the quick response that he has done. I was not expecting to be able to get my hot water heater fixed that quick I would definitely recommend this company. I will be contacting him to do other work at my house as well.
