Temperature Control Heating

My landlord uses this place for the apartment that I live in and this place really either doesn’t know what they’re doing or just refuses to change things that they know are broken or about to be broken the day before Christmas. My heat did not work at all. So the day of Christmas night I went down to the zone valve and when I just touched the little dial, it actually started working and my landlord sent out a text from this place and I showed him the stuff the thermostat and everything else showed him what I did with the zone valve and he told me if it happens again that he would know exactly what to replace to replace that zone valve and for about two months it worked And then it broke again because he you know didn’t bother to replace his own valve when he was here the first time and then he came over some other time and I wasn’t home or didn’t answer and he said he had to get in here or at least my landlord said that And to look at the thermostat and the thermostat isn’t the problem then he then he said that the technician said to my landlord that he doesn’t think it’s the thermostat and now my heat every time I turn it off like lower the temperature from 90 the heat doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t turn on. You have to go down to the zone valve and turn the knob to get the heat to turn back on and my landlord will do nothing about it now this company he won’t use any other company that this company sucks and they have no idea what they’re doing noneor they just don’t wanna change things. I’d rather just keep coming out and wasting time.
