I can’t say enough good things about Steve and his team. After my mother passed, her home needed significant work, including mold remediation and a full clean-out. They stepped in and completely transformed the property. What felt overwhelming became manageable very quickly. They were professional, kind, and incredibly thorough. My home was ruined with an unprofessional, shoddy, incomplete water mitigation, going so far as to fake drying logs and asbestos test. Months later, the subfloor was still wet and leaching water to 2 other rooms. If you want your home to be dried completely without risking further damage or mold growth, do not use this company. We ended up having to a second mitigation, this time with a team of actual professionals. They were horrified by the work that had been done by Puroclean.
