We had a great experience with Kennedy Appliance Repair! Our oven door fell apart due to missing screws and he came same day and was able to take it apart and put it back together - good as new. Very kind, knowledgeable & helpful. Will absolutely call them again in the future.

Henry was prompt and quick with our oven repair needs. Would recommend him to anyone looking f for emergency appliance repair.

Henry asked a few questions and realized my refrigerator was dying and made time to come to my house the same day to confirm his diagnosis. He is such an easy-going guy who clearly knows what he's doing. He ordered the part on the spot and fridge was fixed by Wednesday morning. He is an absolute hero. We'll definitely call him again.

I am keeping this contact in my phone. Henry was excellent, reliable and affordable. We had a fridge that wasn’t cooling, seal on the freezer wasn’t staying on and the water filter decided not to work any more. Henry came and saw what it needed, ordered the parts and was back in 2 days. Now we have a fridge that works great and don’t need to buy a new one. Thank you!

If your appliance needs fixed, call Henry! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. Our refrigerator stopped keeping everything cold and I called him. He scheduled to look at it. He showed up on time, knew exactly what it needed, ordered the part, and put it in quickly when the part came in. He is an excellent communicator. I am definitely keeping his business card. He saved our family a ton of money and the fridge works like brand new! Great guy, great business!

Not a great experience with Kennedy Repair unfortunately. We called to have our in-fridge ice maker fixed and Henry and Jose were very kind and on-time but after some fairly basic evaluation, charged us $275 to replace the motor (which didn't fix the problem) and then recommended some even more expensive fixes after that. I didn't trust their troubleshooting process (e.g not having a thermocouple to take a temperature reading and asking me to use our meat thermometer) so I called another repairman and he diagnosed the issue with a series of test cycles (which I was previously told was impossible) and fixed it quickly with no new parts.
I know you can't get everything right the first try and mistakes happen sometimes but the cherry on top (and reason I'm writing the review) is Henry didn't return my call after I informed him of the solution and asked him to buy the motor that we didn't need back ($120) which I think would be fair.

Just wanted to take a moment and write a review for Kennedy Appliance Repair LLC. Henry was able to work with my busy schedule and came out at a time that worked perfect for me. Henry was extremely reliable and quick with his work. He was able to quickly diagnose our problem with our dishwasher and got it fixed in less than a half hour. He was extremely respectful, and I can tell he takes a lot of pride in the work that he does. The rate was extremely reasonable, and he is a million times more reliable than anyone from a big box store. Thanks again Henry -- we appreciated you coming out! I would recommend Henry to anyone in need of appliance repair/service/install.

He made sure to stop and show me everything he was doing and why it needed to be replaced, then showed me the new ones and the differences between the two. He was very patient and explained it all to me. I appreciated his communication and dedication to get it all fixed in the time period I had available. Can’t say enough positive things about this experience!

When I called Kennedy Repair Henry came later that day to look at our 25+ year old Maytag Washer after just a few minutes he told us the timer needed to be replaced and a new one would be hard to find . Henry searched and none available . I ask if another model would work and He said no but he would look some more . I called him in few days ,he did another search and found a new one on Ebay . I ordered it ,5 days it was here . I called Henry , he was here within an hour , installed it in just a few minutes . The rate was real reasonable .

If I could give him a zero I would. We have been with a broken fridge for over a month. He seemed great at first but when our fridge didn’t work after his repair it all went downhill. Now he is not answering our calls for over a month. No part ordered. I truly believe he didn’t know what to do after his go to fix didn’t work. He doesn’t have the tools needed and he gets stuck in his story and then just stops communicating. We are now out over 300 dollars and have had a broken fridge for over a month. Do not pay this company until you are satisfied that your appliance works. I would recommend going somewhere else. We got his name from a friend who his new motor truck worked for . If it’s anything beyond that you won’t end with a fix and you will be out of all of your money with no response.
