Home Builder reviews in Wyoming, Michigan

Sales Rep, Chris Dorey, took me to see three different units in three different communities which gave me the opportunity to see different features that were available. He let me walk through each unit without following me, thus no high pressure sales approach. He, along with Superintendent, Brian Woodward; Interior Designer, Marianne Terry and lady at closing (forgot her name) were all so great to work with.

Good builder.

Good homes and options.

good house for the price.

Awful people and company. Avoid.

Shady and greedy company. Avoid at all costs. Look elsewhere!!!

Jim Tibbe makes amazing and they make beautiful homes

We love our home that we built with JTB!!

The overall quality was less than expected and I would not be likely to recommend.

Excellent staff and very helpful through everything step of the building process.

It was a great working with Chris and Aaron on our new home!

Didn't get a call back so unable to accurately review it was a Sunday we will see if they return call today.

Great people to work with and know their business. We love the area and design of the neighborhood. Thank you!

Worst company ever. 9 years later and still regret using this builder every day.

The JTB Process has been great looking forward to the final product.

Great team to work with. Building a new condo with them. I love their process.

Drywaller need me to give them a 101 class but other than that employees were helpful and prompt on fixing things before year warranty was up...but now that it's up the one crack they fixed didn't have enough mud put behind it so now it's popped out and the 2 ceiling crack that were fixed still look ugly...sucks when u pay this much for a home and u have to fix it yourself...not to mention the money I lost waiting here for them to come back an fix

JTB had an awesome team working with them to create our dream home. Troy and Lisa were excellent to work with.

Todd and his team were great to work with! The process was seamless and so fun to see it all come together!

Every employee we’ve interacted with has been friendly and professional. We’ve had a few very minor issues with the home and they’ve come out to fix them within the day. Very impressive customer service & an overall great experience.

I wish I would have never met this company. I hope I can keep someone from making the same mistake.
Backing out of the contract cost me $2000.00 but that is better than the $90,000.00 plus it would have cost me in overrun pricing to stay with them. Please look for a better builder.
