I used The Cleaning Authority for several months for a residential home. Despite their sales pitch, you never receive a consistent cleaning crew. Some crews are great. Others don't treat your home with much care. Expect dinged baseboards and nicked walls. The owners will cover damages if an employee self-reports the damage. If the home owner reports damage, the answer was, "our crew said they didn't do it." Then they cancel your service and leave you with no recourse but to write this type of review. I submitted a BBB complaint. I strongly recommend finding an alternate cleaning service.

They do a wonderful job and are very efficient.

They did everything that I hoped they would….and they were cheerful and took care of my dog.

The team that serviced our home, was very professional and thorough with the cleaning also I thought they were very quick based on the size our home. I look forward to having this team come back.

I have had both sub par and excellent cleaning experiences from The Cleaning Authority. When I communicated my concerns, they were addressed right away. The team I have now of Layla and Hailey never disappoint. They go above and beyond what I expect, removing the knobs from my stove and cleaning them thoroughly. I know I'd never do that!! I love coming home after they've left. It's good for my mental health, my physical health, and peace in my home. Thanks ladies!

We have always been pleased with the staff and quality of work. Laura, has been one of the professional cleaners but there are several others that have partnered with her. They come in and get to it. They were very helpful when my husband was laid up with a broken leg. Accommodating my schedule and his wheelchair and other equipment. We never had a service until we started with them about two years ago. I can't tell you how good it makes me feel to come home from work to a clean house.

We were set up for a clean every two weeks. For a good chunk of the past six months, we would get a call at the time they were supposed to be showing up and be told that they couldn't get a cleaning crew out to us that day. Sometimes they would try to reschedule, but more often they would just say we would have to wait until our next scheduled clean in 2 more weeks. This summer this happened the day we had company coming to stay for most of a week, and we had to rush home and try to clean the whole house in the hour we had before our guests arrived (and we already had other things we needed to do). I was understanding when this first happened and again when it happened during snowstorms, but it started happening at least once a month this summer, so I confronted the manager about their lack of dependability. She never once offered us a discount and really didn't seem bothered when I said that if it happened again that we were going to cancel their services. It happened the very next clean. So they scheduled a final clean (because we had already sent the check for that clean), and they canceled on us AGAIN--and, of course, we were depending on their clean because we having a party that night. When we first started with this company in Holland, they did a fantastic job. But since they were bought out 5 or so years ago, the management and service has gone downhill. The cleaning was mediocre this last year. They never wiped down our dining table or cleaned the faucets for mineral deposits. They never really got our toilets or sinks clean (rust and hard water--but we have been able to take care of some of that with bleach), and sometimes they would only dust the shelves we had at eye level and skipped anything lower or higher. I would not recommend this company, especially if you live on the outer ridges of their service area.

We had our first cleaning with The Cleaning Authority today. They did a great job! What a weight off of my shoulders to be able to enjoy a clean home, more thoroughly than I ever have time for! The place was spotless! Thank you!

Love my cleaning team! They do great work and are extremely friendly and polite. They come twice a month now to clean. Life upgrade.... Highly recommend.

We did used this company 2 times deep cleaning and the cleaning employees do not have much clue due to the lack of training.
We tried to give them an opportunity after a supervisor/manager come over to look into the unclean house but nothing!
For the money we paid we shouldn’t have clean the house our self after they left!
They need to improve the training skills, reviewing their business models and gave better cleaning supplies that actually works!
Sad how we lost those money.

Please if you look for a cleaning help look private ask your friend and neighbors if they know anyone’s than you will have a clean house ones a week for less money!

Amy and Johnny are awesome they do a fantastic job cleaning and are very thorough! We have two dogs and kids so we can accumulate a lot of dust and pet hair and when they leave everything is sparkling clean.

The crew were on time, friendly and eager to please. The house looks good and especially the flooring throughout was well done. One tiny thing was the front glass screen door had not been cleaned like the last two crews had done. No big deal. We appreciate you accommodating the change of schedule this month.

We have gone through a number of cleaning services at our dealership only to be let down time and time again. Recently we have added Laura from Cleaning Authority as our new service provider and we have been amazed. She came in waiting for something off hours and I found her dusting while she waited. That’s how thorough and dedicated she is! I HIGHLY recommend them and especially Laura 🙏

Although the ladies cleaning our house were quite nice, the cleaning was far below our standard. For the second deep clean, we asked for a visit by their Quality Control person. She explained that they simply won't do much of the cleaning that we want. Sadly, the cleaning that they supposedly do is also far below our standard. Immediately after the crew's departure, we began cleaning our house. After paying for two deep cleans, we should not have to clear out dust and dirt that they refused to clean. Some tables weren't dusted and some were only partially dusted. Baseboards and wainscot had to be cleaned after they left. There has been virtually no value for the money we've spent. We would never recommend them to anyone. When we called to cancel service, the receptionist expressed no cares whatsoever.

The Cleaning Authority has been amazing! I was hesitant to get a service (as I enjoy cleaning) - but as a mom who works out of the house it was hard to keep up with the deep cleaning the way I wanted to. Every time the crew comes, I smile so big when I walk in the door and see my house sparkling at the end of the day. The best part is those nights I have zero distraction and get to focus all of my energy playing with my son. There have been a couple of times I am home when the crew arrives and they are SOOO kind. I enjoy talking to them and totally trust them in my home.

My favorite thing about TCA is they are reliable. TCA has never cancelled a clean, they are responsive to questions and they always do a good job cleaning our home. We haven’t had an issue, but I’m confident that if we did, they would address it professionally. We’ve had many cleaners, both individuals and companies. TCA is easily the best we’ve had.
