Very rude on phone when he said that I would have to wait and see if he showed in the next two days and he would give me a call 1/2 hour prior. When I told him I couldn't wait for maybe tomorrow, maybe the next day with no time window, and said I wasn't interested, he got rude.

Been having an issue with our washer. He answered the phone call quickly, offered to come next day, and was up front and honest about buying a new washer instead of fixing the one we have. Nice guy, quick response, and honest!

Charged $135 to let us know washer was broke (we already knew that). Never called with a quote to repair. $135 flushed down the drain.

Called to ask questions about our refrigerator. The gentleman was not super friendly on the other end of the line and it turns out they do not service our area (the website claimed they service Grand Haven, but he said he only serves Holland and Zeeland). I would recommend updating the website and potentially finding a friendlier person to answer the phone.
