Complete waste of time working with this company. The contractor forgot to bring the test information from a boiler control safety data sheet back so had to drive 2.5 hours out of way to get it and they wanted payment immediately even though we had to followup 8 days after it was actually completed. Every company we have worked with including Mast has always emailed us test results. Any company that has a policy where you pay for their mistakes is not worth working with.

At the time of ordering of inspection it was made clear our priority was timeliness rather than price and yet Mast claims they notified us by snail mail that they completed it which we still never recieved. I also asked if I had to make the drive to meet the inspector to which they said no as long as they had access. Given all of this it’s obvious Mast forgot and reverted to their usual policies with no apology but rather only concern to pay over phone while we still are not in possession of requested service. A simple apology would have avoided a bad review.

Mast

We never heard of Mast before we started our search for a company to install HVAC in our home. We built our home 24 years ago (a cabin) so everything in the house is already finished which made their job even harder. We looked at four companies, Mast was the most responsive and professional. Mast also was very competitive on price. Kelly was he representative that returned our call. He came out within a day or two, evaluated our job and submitted their proposal. It was the most detailed and easy to understand of all the proposals we received.

Kelly also coached me through purchase decisions. He made sure we were buying the right equipment vs. the equipment they would make more money on… Example: I was willing to put in a 3-ton air conditioner. He educated me on why that was not the best decision and we put in a 2-ton. He could have easily sold me a three ton for more money. I really appreciated his honesty. Kelly was also very responsive every time I called for any reason.

The crew… Jorge was the foreman. He did a great job, knew his stuff and had two helpers that worked very hard. One day Jorge was not on site. He had to visit another job. His two helpers worked very hard all day, but after they left, I looked at the work and noticed some things that I felt were just not right (I’m not an expert but I do have some building experience). I felt that when Jorge returned the next day, I’d have to ask him to do a couple things over. Turns out I didn’t have to say a word. Jorge noticed the issue right away and started working on it/fixing it before I ever mentioned to him. I really appreciated the pride he took in his work.

All in all, working with Mast was a great experience. Honest, dedicated, hard-working and the list goes on. Based on my experience I would highly recommend them if you need services they provide.

Our neighbor recommended Mast to us after doing our own research and thank goodness they did! We're so glad we decided on Mast. Recently purchased a home with no prior knowledge/usage of boilers, we had them replace our very old cast iron boiler and standard water heater with a tankless combi boiler. Office staff are super nice and helpful. Techs are great at what they do. Super prompt responses and same day fixes!

Our furnace circuit board burned up, furnace was 12 years old, decided not to fix it but replace, Cody at Mast gave us a prompt quote and after selecting the furnace we needed, it was professionally install by the Mast crew who did a super job, very neat and clean. Everyone I dealt with a Mast was super nice and helpful. I highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this company! Kelly Neuman and his whole team are great and deliver on what they promise. I had Mast rip out my old driveway and install a heated snow melt system along with additional upgrades to my HVAC. The work was done timely, professionally and what a difference it's making this winter! The pricing was excellent and the workmanship is fantastic. I would highly recommend Mast for any project but certainly very complicated ones like they did for me!

We’ve been trying to get our boat a/c repaired for over a year now. Companies either stopped responding or wanted to charge us the equivalent of what a new system would cost. Mast was AMAZING!! Dale was very professional, ordered the part our furnace needed, and repaired it in a timely manner. We have used Mast for years and have always been happy with their service.

Mast is great. I have never had a problem with any of the workers that come over. I am on their maintenance program , they come over every summer for my air , and the fall for my furnace. They have also installed the furnace when it needed to finally be replaced. and did the same for my air conditioner. I have been a lifetime customer. I have all but good to say !

We have been using Mast H&C for about 5-6 years now. We switched from another local well known firm Schaafsma who had done a good job, but about 10 years out for our use with them started to decline in service and could not be counted upon any longer. A shame. We moved to Mast H & C to get a new AC compressor. They did a great job on that upgrade and we have stayed with them exclusively since then. This year service Tech Ian came to no only service the whole house air handler, compressor and cool air return filters, but had to trouble shoot and fix our on-going problem of dust/fiberglass getting into the air handler lines and clogging things up. He found a fix with some small add on screens and all going well again. Their office staff, technicians and schedulers are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough. Keep up the good work.

The repair technician showed up a few hours after my first phone call to Mast Heating & Cooling. He identified the problem and discussed repair versus replacement. My furnace was 35 years old and needed replacement. I discussed the noise my old furnace made since it is right next to my living room. I was worried that this furnace would be just as noisy. The crew that installed my new furnace and air conditioner took the exhaust plenum apart and installed acoustic noise damping material inside the plenum. This was a very good idea and the noise from a same efficiency furnace was greatly reduced. Thank you

I was very pleased with the quick phone response, friendly office and service folks, able to get a furnace installed quickly in the cold weather. The sales person did not try to oversell me on things I did not need. Installers were friendly and professional. I recommend them for furnace installation.

Love these guys! Just had an emergency service call and they responded within a few hours, resolved the issue quickly for a fair price. They will contiune to get my business.
