Constraction reviews in Afton, Minnesota

I called Timberland exteriors to replace my patio door. They were very reasonably priced and did great work. They guys the did the work were friendly and great at what they were doing. I will recommend them to everyone looking to have work done. I will be calling them when it's time for my next project.

HOLY SMOKES!!! We had our house resided with James Hardie and it turned out fantastic. They finished 3 or 4 weeks ago and my wife still goes outside just to look at it. Actually I look at it a lot too. Timberland exceeded our expectations and we are really glad we did this. The guys on the crew were really nice too and let me tell you, they are artists. You can tell they take pride in their work and they pay attention to detail. Even the caulking looks great. Its all just really top notch.

There are plenty of companies out there that do siding and it can be hard to know who to go with. We don't reside our houses every day, it is an investment, and it's easy to wonder if you made the right choice. Well I can tell you this is one of the best investments we made in our house and choosing Timberland was absolutely the right choice. These folks are the real deal. Timberland will certainly get more business from us. Thank You Timberland. It has been a pleasure.

I had Paul and his crew reroof my house after a storm damage event. Not only a great job with replacing the roof, but all the help with the insurance company and selecting the right products for the new roof. Great company to work with and very happy with the results. Highly recommended.

Timberland Exteriors gets a 5 star rating. They put a new roof on our home and we are very satisfied. They were prompt, professional and reliable which is not always easy to find. Paul Trautman answered all my questions and phone calls. Highly recommend.

Timberland Exteriors far exceeded our expectations, they were very efficient, respectful, and professional. It was amazing having the siding done in a week. Two guys working in late January, and they made the job look effortless. They were very prompt with any questions and revisions made mid process. I would recommend them to anyone.

2 months ago I posted a negative review about Timberland Exteriors. They had done an extensive residing, reroofing project for my 110 year old. Paul Trautman, the owner had some great ideas about restoring the house to a more original condition then the aluminum siding the house had when I purchased it. His ideas were great, his color selections were super. The workman ship was excellent, but the painting job was not good. After reading my review Paul contacted me. He came back and his painters repainted the whole house and the trim. Paul guarantees his work and he made everything right. I would highly recommend him for exterior siding and painting.

Look no further than Timberland Exteriors for your siding, roofing, or exterior needs!!! If I could give 10 stars I would! Paul and his team at Timberland Exteriors are THE GOLD STANDARD for quality workmanship, knowledge, and customer service. Throughout the process of installing new James Hardie siding on our home, Paul was very insightful, kind, and made us feel like we were their top priority. Give them a call, you ABSOLUTELY will not be disappointed!

I chose Timberland based on them being from the neighboorhood and great reviews on the nextdoor app. The crew did a great job on our roof and cleaned up nicely. Paul and his project manager, Mark, communicated well and responded promptly through phone, email, and text. After the roof was done, they were able to install a chimney cap on our scary high chimney on very short notice. Highly recommend them!

After the hail storm in 2017, we needed our roof , gutters, and skylights redone. Timberland exteriors did a great job on all. We had to wait a couple months but that was due to everyone in the neighborhood needing repairs. Very friendly workers and company owner stopped by regularly to check on work, answer questions or take care of any concerns we had. When we are ready to rplace our siding, we will have them do it. They deal with insurance company and any problems with reimbursement which is a huge help.

I am not one who usually writes reviews, but when it comes to Timberland Exteriors, I absolutely must! We had our home resided last spring. Paul was SUPER helpful, patient, and kind. He made everything feel easy, and took extra time before the project began to help me choose colors to match my existing gutters, soffit & fascia. This was priceless! When we bought our home 4 years ago, I never really cared for the outside, but now when I pull into the driveway, I can honestly say, "I love my house!" I would ABSOLUTELY use Timberland Exteriors again. They are a "TOP NOTCH" company and it shows in their quality of work. Thanks Timberland! Joanie Lang

We did a major house project with Timberland Exteriors (replaced siding, doors and many windows) We have never done a large scale project like this and it was scary to think about spending that kind of money. We could not have had a better experience from beginning to end. Paul is so knowledgeable, low key, has a great sense of humor and was great to work with. He has lots of experience, good ideas and a great computer program that allows you to see what different doors, siding colors and window styles will look like on your home. He set us up on a group text between Paul, the project manager Gary and my husband and I. Their communication was amazing-always prompt and any concerns we had were immediately addressed. Phone calls and emails were also responded to quickly. The crews that worked on our house (different crew for windows and doors and another for siding) were friendly, conscientious and had an amazing attention to detail. We are thrilled with how everything turned out and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Timberland Exteriors for your next house project.

Timberland Exteriors is amazing! Paul (owner) is very knowledgeable, honest and fair. Their crew is prompt, hard working and respectful. We've had them do several projects over the years from siding to roofing & decking. My husband and I trust them completely and wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Timberland Exteriors is the best! They do exceptional, quality work, and stand behind it.
I had my windows and siding done by them 9 years ago.
I recently had a Vista patio door seal go bad and Paul let me know that Vista is a lifetime warranty, but that they no longer have that product line.
But he got me in contact with Vista, and I got the door shipped in.
Then Mark came out and replaced it at no charge. Awesome!

Where can you find that kind of service anymore?? Love these Guys!

I highly recommend Timberland. The installation of our new roof and James Hardie siding went great. Paul, Gary and company are straight forward and easy to work with. The level of communication before, during and after the job was awesome and a great comfort. We may have more projects in the future and Timberland will be our first call.

Timberland Exteriors is an excellent contractor! We hired them for several projects over the last couple of years including siding an exterior garage, roofing, new windows, and trim. Everyone who worked on our house did high quality work and we're thrilled with how it all turned out. They patiently answered our many questions, and helped us to resolve some old house issues in our 1930's house.

I have had Timberland Exteriors do a few home improvement projects for me over the last few years and I can't give them enough praise. Paul has been absolutely delightful and helpful. I had my patio door replaced by them 2 years ago it in it only stunning, I no longer have a drafty dinning room! Last year they replaced my roof after storm damage, so very professional, efficient, timely, and they cleaned everything up! I had requested them to help me install a weathervein on top of my house last minute when they were working on my roof. They did so with no extra charge! Paul and Timberland Exteriors have treated me like family. Reasonable prices, friendly, trustworthy people. I highly recommend them for any if your exterior needs.

Timberland installed our new roof, fascia, and soffits. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and truthful. Communication was clear from initial consult through project completion. Our project manager, Luke, was onsite for material drop off as well as multiple times throughout the project. Timberland was always readily available for questions if needed. The work was timely, efficient, and professionally executed. The clean up was thorough. Overall, working with Timberland was an excellent experience and we would highly recommend them!

I can not recommend Timberland Exteriors enough! I had my roof & gutters replaced, unfortunately not paid for by my homeowners insurance. Paul took the time to help me determine the best options for my home and was very mindful of cost. He navigated a frustrating coordination with a separate insulation company in a manner that was above & beyond what I would have expected...and of which I was so grateful for! The crew was professional and the clean up was absolutely spectacular. I have rarely received such amazing customer service as I experienced with Paul & Timberland! Give them a call - you will not regret it!!

Used this company back in 2012 when a major storm hit out home, they were great then and kept their number in case something happened again. And it did, this year we had a fire, they did an outstanding job, and worked well with our insurance company. Would recommend them to anyone at anytime.

If you're looking for a roofing and siding company, look no further than Timberland Exteriors. From start to finish, they exceeded all our expectations and delivered exceptional service.

First, their customer service is unparalleled. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, every interaction was marked by professionalism and genuine care. They took the time to understand our needs and provided valuable insights and recommendations that ultimately improved the outcome of our project.

The quality of their workmanship is simply outstanding. They use top-of-the-line materials and employ skilled craftsmen who clearly take pride in their work. The attention to detail was remarkable, and they didn't cut corners at any stage of the process.

What impressed us most was their efficiency and reliability. They completed the entire project within the agreed-upon timeframe, without sacrificing quality. They showed up on time, worked diligently throughout each day, and left our property tidy. It's rare to find a company that is both fast and thorough, but Timberland managed to achieve both.

Furthermore, their pricing was fair and transparent. There were no hidden costs or unexpected fees; everything was laid out clearly from the beginning.

Overall, our experience with Timberland was nothing short of exceptional. They transformed our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. If you're in need of roofing or siding services (or any exterior work), I highly recommend giving them a call. They are true professionals who take pride in their work and service.

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Timberland. Our new roof looks great and they installed it in under 5 hrs. Communication was excellent through Luke who came to our house several times and responded to our every concern and request. They also put in a roof vent for our bathroom fan which had been vented into the attic. Overall price was fair. I would strongly recommend Timberland Exteriors for any roofing work.
