We were out of town on vacation when we discovered that our furnace had stopped working (during one of those -20 degree days). We called Jerome and he was able to get to our house that same day. He confirmed the furnace was beyond repair and that we would need a replacement. Within 48 hours he had a new one purchased and installed. He even took care of submitting any eligible rebates on our behalf. We really appreciated his professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication. Highly recommend!

Jerome and Tom did a great job installing both the AC and furnace in a timely manner. My husband is a high- risk person and Jerome expedited the install as the air-quality was bad in Minnesota at the time. Tom was quick and efficient on the install. Jerome and Tom did a fantastic job! Jerome kept me informed the whole time, updated me on their ETA and followed up afterwards! They got my full central air system in less than 6 hours! I was dying without AC and now it’s perfect cool temp in my home! I’m very pleased! They were very professional, timely, reliable, fast, efficient and very h to polite! Tom even helped me with my washer on his way out with a smile on his face I might add! I’d recommend this company to anyone who needs help with heating and AC for sure😀

We had exceptional service with Lakeland Heating and Air Conditioning! We called the company because I had recently read some very good reviews about this local company. We had had a humming/vibration noise when our AC was turned on. Because winter will be here before we know it, and didn't want a more serious problem, decided it was a good time to try Lakeland Heating & AC. Spoke with Jerome and he came within the hour! Long story short, we did end up replacing our 15 year old furnace. At least we're set for a while now! If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would.
A few words come to mind: thorough (explained everything so well), prompt , trustworthy, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and kind.

Jerome installed a new furnace and water heater. He responded to the inquiry on his website on a Sunday and he had everything installed by Tuesday morning. I was extremely impressed.

Fantastic privately and locally owned company. They repaired an old AC unit to buy time. Also I used them to eventually replace the unit when my finances were ready and they installed a brand new unit. The new unit had a defect and they quickly replaced it with another brand new unit on a holiday weekend. They are very trustworthy and I will use them again when I need to replace my furnace.

I just had the owner Jerome Hagen inspect our furnace, boiler, air exchanger and humidifier. He showed me everything he was doing and even though it's a newer furnace it needed important adjustments to keep it running it's best. He went through all of the HVAC systems and showed me what to do to maintain its health. He was able to make the appointment within a week and called me 15 minutes ahead of time. He's pricing was 40 % less than his completion. And to top it all off he was a super nice and kind Dudeski. Thanks Jerome

Jerome is honest, which goes a long way these days. Had another company come out and tell me my furnace was toast and needed to be replaced ASAP. I wanted a second opinion and Jerome’s inspection found no issues. That was 2 years ago and I continue to use Lakeland Heating for annual cleanings. Thanks!

Great knowledge of system and all functions. Install went very smooth, maybe 4 or 5 hours without heat. House barely cooled off, but weather was cooperating above freezing. Good feeling to have a reliable energy efficient system again. From estimate through purchase and install, Lakeland did an excellent job. I could not be happier with the whole process from start to finish.
