We were thrilled with the clean windows and screens—Shannon & her crew were thorough & efficient; neighbors walking by decided to hire them, too!

Shannon has cleaned our windows for many years. Each time he comes out we’re impressed with the quality, efficient service he provides. Our windows look spectacular and it gives that “extra something” that makes our house feel fresh and clean for summer.

Shannon cleaned our windows today and did a great job. He is very professional and personable. Would recommend Clear and Simple for window cleaning.

Shannon from Clear and Simple came out to wash our windows and he did an amazing job! He was very attentive to detail, professional, and personable. His price was very reasonable. I am very happy with the results! I will definitely hire Shannon again. Highly recommend!!

Shannon was truly awesome from start to finish. The scheduling process went smoothly and Shannon easily adapted to my constraints. He proactively reached out to set the exact arrival time, arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. During the cleaning, Shannon was professional and open minded about finding a way to overcome some issues. For example, the screens could not be removed from 4 upstairs windows. After a brief conversation, we all agreed the inside could be washed from the outside with the windows open. Shannon set up his ladder again and quickly finished the job with a happy heart. Great value for the price.

I definitely recommend Shannon and the Clear and Simple window cleaning service.
