Service was great. Prompt, quality work, clean up exceptional. As clean as things were I would have never known 5 trees were removed and 8 trees trimmed. Would recommend and will be using in the future.

No call no show on a day I took off of work to get a quote on my trees. Their excuse was they had too many people with trees down. I had trees down too!! Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable when it matters most. A simple call would’ve been sufficient but I didn’t even get that.

Update to your response: Your office failed to notify you that they forgot to call me that day and wouldn’t be able to get to me until a day or two later. They asked me then to reschedule for a day or two later. I cancelled because I did not want them to reschedule for another day when I already took off work. I called another service and they arrived 2 hours later. I would’ve been happy to wait for another hour or two, but unfortunately that was what actually happened. I would press your staff to be honest about their failures moving forward.

Update to Your Updated Reply: Your team told me they were not going to get to me during that 2 hour window that was assigned and forgot to call me earlier in the day to reschedule. Insisting that I’m not telling the truth here is only making me more insistent on leaving a 1-star review to warn others. Again, for everyone looking out there for a reliable service be warned, Sav-A-Tree has not only been unreliable but deceptively blaming me for their own mistakes and scheduling errors.

I had Mike and his crew help me remove two large mature trees that were tightly wedged between several dwellings by a matter of feet. The crew was on time, had them both cleared and the yard cleaned with no traces in a matter our hours. Additionally one of my neighbors had become possessive over our trees. Save a Tree was very professional and down right surgical when it came to working near their property. Literally left no trace. Was a very professional and clean job.

Very happy with the service provided the crew did a great job in removing a tree and trimming several others. They were professional, courteous and answered all my questions. All this at a very reasonable cost will call them for any future tree service that I may require.

I've been working with Colton Meyer, arborist, for the past several years. I've trusted his expertise from the get-go. I have a very large, old willow tree in my backyard that has needed regular pruning. Because the limbs are so large and heavy, I had a cable installed for one of the large limbs, per Colton's recommendation. I've also consulted with Colton on the health of other trees/shrubs in my yard. My experience with Colton and all of the tree trimming crew has been professional and positive!

Workers did a good job and cleaned up well.
they were even willing to clip a branch that wasn't part of the plan.
Will definately have them back especially if they don't raise their prices again !!!

Winter was a great time to schedule removal of my 22 year old popular tree. SavATree protected the property from heavy equipment tracks as requested and arrived when they were scheduled. Job was completed in record time and cleanup was beyond my expectations. I'll will continue to use SavATree for all future tree removals and recommend them to all that required their service. SavATree is very customer focused and a pleasure to work with!

Worst Tree Service. Worse than the companies that didn't even show up for a quote.

In September I reached out to a number of services and ultimately chose SavATree based on their reputation and reviews. They were a bit more expensive than another quote I got, but I went with them anyways, for the previously mentioned reasons.

Boy do I wish I had chosen differently. Not only was information hidden from me, but SavATree was wholly unprofessional the entire time after signing the paperwork. I even contacted a supervisor and they didn't bother to reply or say anything whatsoever. They would leave gates open, show up unannounced, and leave massive piles of debris in my yard.

It has been a month since my tree was removed and still a 5'x3' area of tree debris about 2' tall sits in my yard. I expected them to get rid of it as part of the whole tree service side of things, but apparently not. This was hidden from me, they just leave the debris and let you deal with it. They charge you an astronomical amount to get rid of the tree, and just leave a large portion of it there. They do put it in the contact in small text, but don't bother to tell you this.

I was informed by my arborist on how to make corrections to a River Birch tree I had planted wrong. Colton convinced me it was still capable of growing and I'm seeing the results of his recommendations.

We have used SavATree for 5 years with multiple very large project. They have always been very responsive, professional and affordable. Their crews are knowledgeable, precise and helpful. Highly recommend them. Very happy with there performance and costs.

I have used Savatree at my own residence and have referred a number of my lawn care customers to them as well. Every time they exceed expectations. They are professional, reasonable, show up on time, conduct quality work and the job site is always cleaned up appropriately.

They have climbers—unlike a surprising number of competitors. Overall, the job turn around was quick. Their arborists are knowledgeable and like to present you with all of your options, and they came in under many competitors quotes.

It was a long day for them, but the team did good work.

We used SavATree to trim 7 trees on our property 2 weeks ago. Mike, the arborist, was great to work with and his crew did a fantastic job both with trimming the trees and clean-up afterwards.... I definitely recommend using them.

Everything was great and they got a huge tree taken out with no problems and ground up the stump. Other places will clean up the dirt pile from grinding the stump though and leave it nice and level like nothing was ever there, they didn’t, just left a huge pile of dirt and wood chips.

Your guys did a great job slowly removing two giant cottonwoods and removing all the debris. Special thanks to them for after spreading some grit on our iced driveway, they very nicely added another bag on the short distance to our garage. Thanks!

SavATree removed three Ash trees from our property that had the emerald ash borer disease. Our arborist, Guy, was extremely knowledgeable. The crew that serviced our property was top notch! The largest tree next to our house was tricky due to the location of the fence, neighbor’s house, and our pine tree. A minimal amount of branches were dropped onto our neighbor’s property, in spite of the proximity of the tree. They also did an excellent job cleaning up our yard, especially with all the heavy equipment used. This is our second time having them out to service our property. I would highly recommend SavATree to anyone.

Carl and the SaveATree team did a fantastic job with our project. It included removal of a tree, raising the canopy on 2 trees and trimming 2 limbs that were too close to our house.

The team showed up right on time; the made preparations for the work (included laying down plywood to protect our lawn since the tree being removed was in the back); and very efficiently completed the work in the time the 2-hour time they had projected.

We appreciated that they communicated so well with questions and recommendations through the work process and asked for our input as well.

Once the work was completed, they did a thorough clean-up - a fantastic job for our 'new' front and back refresh.

We had 4 trees removed and 2 trees pruned. The Savatree team was amazing! They took great care to work around our septic tanks as 2 of the trees were on the edge of our system. They cleaned our yard of all debris and left it looking better when they arrived. Highly recommend Savatree! We will continue working with them in the future.

Highly Recommended! Mike came out to look at our diseased Ash tree and gave a very reasonable estimate. His crew arrived as scheduled and fully prepared. They removed our Tree from the backyard and were offsite will all debris in less than 3 hours! Large branches were over our house, fence and deck. The SavATree crew took the tree down without damaging any property! True professionals!
