Joe set 2 apppintments to come give us an estimate on it project and was a no call, no show both days. When I called to see if he was coming, he was miffed with me and said he wasn't interested anymore. So untrustworthy to let someone sit and wait 2 days, then be sparky about it.

Can’t review the work because they never showed up. Set up for an appointment for Joe to come look at our leaking water heater, said he would stop out to come look at it for a quote around 9 am the next day. No call, no showed us and has yet to respond to my voicemail. Really looks bad on a business to be this unprofessional. Just going to go with a different plumber.

My husband and I recently had an urgent plumbing issue in our home. After making arrangements for an afternoon service call, I was then alerted of an out of town family emergency. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was compassionate and willing to do whatever necessary in order to remedy our plumbing issue while my neighbor took over for my attendance at home. After the water issue was fixed; the plumber not only followed up with me regarding the resolution, he also expressed his kindness towards our family emergency.

We are very pleased with Altura Plumbing and Heating, and we will definitely call them again in the future.

I was in a bind and needed my water heater fixed on a Friday afternoon. Joe found a way to get me in before the end of the day and was very professional and informative. He did such a good job I had him come back to do more work for me and did a great job then as well.

Called and asked him for a quote to run natural gas line from house to garage. Said he'd get there in a day or two. Waited a week. Called and left voicemail with no response. I text him after another week, I was told he'd try to get their before Thanksgiving. Text him Monday after asking if he thought he'd get to it and if he was too busy I get it just let me know. Never responded. Wasted four weeks because my buddy said he does great work. Great work may be good but communication would be nice.

I had very old plumbing in my home that was contributing to relatively low water pressure in my kitchen sink. Joe and his guys came to replace with new plumbing the day after I called. Joe was respectful of my home and did a fantastic job with the new plumbing. It improved my water pressure 100 times over in the kitchen. Very pleased with the work. The best part...all for an incredibly affordable price compared to the area competition. I live right next to the shop so that helped speed the process along for my home. These guys are the real deal. Thanks Joe and crew!

Email this business and Joe responded back immediately. Said he would be happy to fix our leaky faucets and tub. He left me their phone number also to call and set up a appointment. So I called and spoke to Joe and set up the appointment for this last Monday late morning. No show Joe! Left us sit for hours and when I called and texted no answer or responses. I showed have known better to go with them after reading others reviews. Hes done this to others. Poor business relations.

Had to call twice to get a hold of them. They came out was unable to fix the issue said he would check with the boss on how to fix it and would be back. Got a bill but never heard back from them! Should had known when we had to call twice that they were not the company to go with! Even if they didn't know how to fix it they could of let us know!
