Constraction reviews in Andover, Minnesota

Ben and his team were great! They replaced our deck last year and knew we had a deadline for our son's graduation party. They stayed late several days leading up to the deadline, including the night before. Everyone who attended the party loved the craftsmanship and attention to detail. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The deck they built me is amazing. They added a cool diamond in the middle. Great hard working guys that got the job done in a short time. I highly recommend them to build or remodel your deck. Thank you Ben and crew!

We are thankful to Ben and his crew! We had trouble finding someone willing to tear down and replace our small (8x8) deck. Some said it was too small of a project, others were afraid of the city of Minneapolis code requirements, and yet another gave us an outrageously expensive quote. Thankfully, Ben responded, led us through a consultation process, a simple and straight forward contract, and put us on his docket. His crew tore down our out of code, crooked, and sideways, deck and put up a beautiful new one all in the same day. They worked quickly, efficiently, and were very kind. After, Ben was super responsive to all follow ups.

Ben did another small repair for us, which was very helpful. It was the type of repair we didn't really want to do ourselves, but knew it would cost way too much to bring someone in for just that purpose.

We are so happy with the product and service! Highly recommend. He's earned trust as a reputable contractor. Thank you, Ben!

Ben and his crew just finished up our new roof. They did a great job! Ben is very knowledge and does a great job explaining things. Communication was great from start to finish. The job site was left spotless. Keep up the good work! We would not hesitate to use Construction Con Dios again in the future. We have already recommended him to friends and family.

Ben and his crew really exceeded our expectations on this one. We had a tighter budget and a need for kid-friendly stairs in a spot that originally had incredibly steep stairs. With only wanting a small landing and a set of stairs, he never once tried to “sell” us on anything and appreciated our input every step of the way even though our project was a small one. We gave him creative freedom with the decking and railing color choices and he delivered! Everyone was extremely courteous and professional, and presented issues with solutions when they encountered some hidden obstacles underground. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone needing a new deck!

We used Construction Con Dios, LLC for a deck replacement. Ben is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and professional. We wanted to keep our existing brick patio in which the deck stairs go between. It was a tricky fit but Ben came up with ideas and solutions to do so and it turned out great! Ben is a great communicator and kept us constantly informed during the whole process. Nikko, Dalton and Dave are part of Bens crew who completed our deck. They were hard working, showed up on time and did an amazing job. We would HIGHLY recommend Construction Con Dios, LLC. Ben went above and beyond and we will definitely be using them for future projects 🙂

We couldn't be happier with the work and construction on 3 decks that badly needed replacement. From start to finish, Ben and his crew were great to work with and we highly recommend them! They kept us updated on the status, were timely and made certain everything was exactly as we'd hoped upon completion. We love our maintenance free decking and new rails! Now we're able to enjoy the beautiful decks along with the view!

They just tore down my old wooden deck and replaced it with a beautiful new maintenance free deck. They were professional from start to finish. Everyone I worked with or worked on my project was great. Ben the owner explained everything to me and kept me informed. Jessica helped with the paperwork, permit and correspondence. Nikko the foreman was great at keeping the project complete when he promised me it would be. Dave and Dylan and Nikko did great work as well as the clean up after the project was done. I also had them replace the front porch step railings.
I am so pleased with the work they did and recommend them if you are looking for a new deck!

Ben and his crew built our deck over the summer. We were so happy with their work, and how pleasant they were to work with. Ben’s responsiveness was fantastic and we felt comfortable knowing we were in good and trusting hands. He spent all the time we needed with him answering our questions, and was so knowledgeable, it helped make our decision making easier. Ben is very genuine, and you can tell he takes pride and cares a lot about his company’s work. Thank you to Construction Con Dios, LLC for all of their hard work. We are so happy with our beautiful deck!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Ben and his crew for putting on my new deck railing, deck stairs, and facia. It feels sturdy and blends in well with the existing floor, I am glad I added the picture frame and drink rail as well. I maybe should have added a little design in the floor. Ben you might need to show more pics of that.😉 If you zoom in close on the last pic, you can see the entire deck. Thanks again I love it.

Ben and the crew did a fantastic job constructing our 16x14 composite deck. He had lots of good ideas for us and was upfront and honest. We opted for corner stairs that were 6ft wide with a shorter rise for my bad knees. I really like the picture frame around he deck. They were so great to work with. The entire crew answered all my questions and had great attention to detail. They kept the work site clean. I can’t wait for the crew to do our kitchen and bath remodel! I would HIGHLY recommend Ben and his crew!!!! Thanks guys!

**Outstanding Screened Deck Installation!**

We recently had our deck screened in by Construction Con Dios, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team was easy to talk to and easy to work with. We felt very comfortable having them at our home.

We highly recommend Construction Con Dios. They exceeded our expectations in every way!

🥰🥰🥰I am so happy that they helped me to rebuild a new balcony. All the processes were done perfectly. Although we have not known each other for a long time, we get along like family and friends. Every worker is very professional and experienced. They helped me to rebuild the balcony that will collapse. The rebuilt balcony is very beautiful and strong. I am so lucky to know them. Thank you again for your kindness.

Ben and his crew are fantastic. They built my deck using Trex. Ben is very responsive, honest, exceptional pricing, very attentive to details. He is very interested in doing the job right. Every one of Ben's crew are skilled craftsman and want to do the job right. They are a hard working bunch. Ben's crew is also very polite. They let me know when they arrived in the morning and when they were leaving for the day.

My husband and I have done most projects ourselves over the years so we know when things are done correctly. My husband was impressed with their work especially when they planed down the joists to all the same level. If joists aren't planed the deck boards will have a "wave" in them. My husband was also impressed with how Ben blocked the posts so they wouldn't wobble.

I am attaching photos of the underside of the deck to show how they secured the deck to the house to prevent it from pulling away and the nice work they did installing the beam to support the deck. I will be enjoying this deck for years to come. Great job Ben and crew!

FIVE STARS! We were lucky to find Ben and his team to build our new deck. Ben was an exceptional communicator from the get go with a keen on details. What impressed me most about working with Ben was his concern for getting every part of the project done right and ensuring I was satisfied with the progress. We worked his front office staff, Jessica, to coordinate payments and she was great. We had four other team members on site to build the deck, and all of them were very professional and worked hard. I received over a half Dozen quotes for my deck and Ben’s pricing came in average - I ultimately chose Ben and his team for his obvious attention to detail and thorough breakdown of pricing and process. I would chose Ben and this team again and highly recommend to anyone seeking a builder. (I will edit this post later with finished pictures.)

Ben and his team just finished our deck and we are so happy with the finished product. From start to finish, this was such a great experience. Not only were they all professional, they were also very friendly. Jessica designed the perfect deck, she listened to what we wanted and gave us everything and more. Everything was explained to us throughout the full process, in clear detail, so we were all on the same page. At the end of the project, they came to feel more like friends than just some random people building our deck (a deck that is so well built, it'll last 30+ year). We will definitely use Ben and his team again in the future if we do any more projects. Thank you for such a positive experience.

It was really great working with Ben and his crew! I had a vision and they helped me bring it to life perfectly. There is no doubt this deck will stand the test of time. We enjoyed having you guys here working as well, they accommodated nosey children and dogs with ease. Thank you for created our new favorite space for our family!

Ben was great to work with because he is passionate about decks and made us feel comfortable with design decisions.
All the people I worked with from Construction Con Dios were very professional and detail oriented. They stayed on task all day - as opposed to taking phone calls.

Construction Con Dios LLC is top notch. Ben, Dave, Nikko and Dalton did a great job with our deck. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. The deck we wanted turned out better than we imagined and I don't think anyone else could've done a better job. Our neighbors even complimented on their craftsmanship and how detailed oriented they were to making sure everything was sealed properly to how the deck was tucked into the house to make it look like it's an extension of the house. We recommend them for your needs and will definitely be calling them back for our future projects.

This company is amazing. Best craftsmanship I've ever seen. Very professional, informative and totally trustworthy. We truly enjoyed seeing them daily. Wonderful company and workers.

11 out of 10 recommend Construction Con Dios for your decking needs. The employees are knowledgeable and respectful, they care about the quality and craftsmanship of their work, and, they keep the home owner informed every step of the way. We will definitely be using them again for future projects!
