I used this business for 2 jobs was told by Mark that I was not important enough for my last job so he referred another HVAC that has been nothing but a disaster. I would avoid this company like plague, especially if you will need to deal with Mark. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.

My A/C dies on the hottest day of the year. I called early and Chris was here in no-time. He’s clearly experienced, diagnosed the problem and had things up and running quickly. Very personable as well. Highly recommend! A+++

Our heat went out on a very cold January day. After calling 5 or 6 places that quoted us astronomically high “emergency” prices, we got in touch with Riccar. They had our heat up and running within 2 hours of our phone call, and at a fair price!
