Reliable and Helpful Over the Phone!

I haven't had Aqua Wizards out to work on our place yet, but they’ve already made a great impression. I gave them a call about a plumbing issue I was dealing with, and instead of rushing to book a service call, they took the time to troubleshoot with me over the phone. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and guided me through the process step by step.

It’s rare to find a company that’s this honest and willing to help without charging you first. I can tell they care about their customers and know what they’re doing. When I do need plumbing work, Aqua Wizards will definitely be my first call! Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable, trustworthy plumbers.

Aqua Wizards charged $760 for unclogging a simple bathroom sink drain. No more than 30 minutes work. Unless you want to pay double or triple the going rate, look elsewhere.

After meeting Jason and his team I was absolutely sold on his customer service, ethics and speed of service. If you are looking for a plumbing team that puts the person before the dollar, this is where you need to go!! Thank you Jason!!! You are a true professional!

WARNING!!! They are predatory plumbers and severly PRICE GOUGE!

$75 "trip fee" just for an outrageously inflated estimate for a water softener install. $2986 and that didn't include the new softener, which I already had. Happy to share their estimate as proof. Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT CALL!

We've had Aqua Wizards out twice now and they are amazing. Matt made sure we had all of our options laid out clearly so we could make an informed decision. He is super personable and professional. He replaced our old toilet super fast and made sure to show me all the features when he was done. We've found our forever plumbers. If you use them, I'm sure you'll love their work too.

My water heater was leaking. I called on a Monday at 7:00 p.m. I had a call back within an hour. An appointment set up for the following day. I had also asked for a referral for heating.

The water heater team was out the following day by 11:00 a.m. and replaced by 3:00 p.m. the referral that they gave me for the heater was out during the same time. So impressed with this team as well as their referral partners. I will definitely be saving this contact information!

10/10 highly recommend as a single mom first time home buyer I felt very educated and informed and while taken care of.

We had the 8-12 window, they showed up at 4pm.

The first issue was a leaking poly tube with barbed fittings. He looked at it like he’d never seen it before. Thats an irrigation thing ok fine they don’t know these types of fittings fair enough need an irrigation company for that.

Second was a leaking hose bib. He told me what worked for him was to watch a YouTube video. He sat there googling on his phone for a bit. Finally suggested a rebuild for $990, knowing that it was already rebuilt very recently. Or $1800+ to replace it but would need to tear up a bedroom wall/ceiling which they wouldn’t fix. For a real plumber that’s about $50 in parts and an hour or two of work. Call it a thousand bucks an hour. For a guy who frankly appeared to be a novice, with another silent novice standing there.

Great experience start to finish! Communication was prompt, service was prompt and the individuals that came out were very pleasant.

They were very kind and showed up within a few hours after calling them. I have 4 kids and having a flooded basement and no running water was very stressful. They immediately came in and got to work and fixed the problem within an hour so we could get to work restoring the basement and have water returned to the house. I’m very appreciative. Plus they have a great warranty.

From Jason the owner to Brandon who came out to the house, the team was excellent. They were responsive and respectful to our needs. Although we didn't go with them for our project, they will get a call in the future when the need arises.

Showed up when they said they would. Was friendly, efficient and professional. Provided an acceptable quote. Will definitely call the next time I need service.

I had a new water softener and home filtration system installed last week by Aqua Wizards and am very happy with it. I met with Brandon who conducted a test to ensure we were getting the right filtration system installed, versus selling me something that I didn't need. I am super happy with the new system. Thank you!

Within 10 minutes of calling and leaving a voicemail, I had a call back. Brandon was at our house same day and provided options for how to repair our leaking sink drain. He offered value-added services and did not pressure to buy. He offered to fix the sink the same day, but we had obligations. He returned the next day(today) and was on time and did an excellent job of replacing the plumbing under the sink. It looks great and gives me a lot more room under the sink. Brandon was very personable. Would highly recommend Aqua Wizards!
