Had a great experiences with Jacob and Veteran Services rep. I was able to get my toilet fixed within 2 hr calling them.

I had called for service and Veterans was very professional and prompt. The Service Tech was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company for any services. Awesome service and staff!

I did not need to use their business. My service was a simple de clogging of a toilet. They wanted to charge me $300. The secretary was unorganized and did not seem to know how to answer the phone when a potential customer calls.

Had a few small plumbing concerns. Received a quick appointment. Professional friendly technician performed all the repairs that day. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our service. Thank you very much!

The service was completed as required, technician was knowledgeable
It took about 45 minutes to get a price, I was told the estimating software was not working
I was given a total price & was told to contact the office for a breakdown
I was a little suspicious but since he was there and I was leaving for a couple days I agreed to the price
I called the office the next day & asked for a copy of the invoice. I got a lump sum with no breakdown
I have called 3 times trying to get a breakdown & have been given the runaround
I stopped by their office today to find out why & I was told an individual was let go for that reason, accounting is done remote & they’ll call me
The main reason I called them is because they’re Veteran owned & I am also a Vet

We had a project other companies refused to touch, Renzo came in and not only did a great job on our HVAC work he also installed our new sink so we didnt have to bring in someone different. I would recommend Renzo for any project

Don’t count on them to show up. When they finally do 3 days later tho, they’ll gladly charge $200 for 3 minutes of work.

I had an new A/C and furnace installed. Veteran Service was friendly easy to work with the did what they said they'd do in a timely manner. they found me the affordable units and installed them the same day.

We recently had a faucet that was leaking from the spout. Our tech, Alex, was very friendly, helpful with answering any questions I had and did a wonderful job installing our new faucet. Very pleased with the service we received.

Veteran Services came to my rescue when our water heater broke (was installed by another company). Our unit was under warranty and they handled that part with the supplier and made sure we didn't have to wait long. Jake and Renzo are amazing! Will be using Veterans for all HVAC and plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Kyle replacing the ancient toilet in the house we just bought -- he answered all our questions, fulfilled our requests and was all around helpful, friendly and professional. This was our first time receiving service from Veteran Services and they were responsive, quick and kind! Every interaction was clear, and friendly from start to finish. My husband is a military veteran so when we were searching for a company that could come out quickly to check our furnace, Veteran Services caught his attention.

We have a 5 week old at home and our furnace stopped producing hot air yesterday, dropping the temps in the house to the high 50s. We filed a claim with a warranty company but no one was responding. We needed help and fast.

Veteran Services was able to send someone out the morning we called. Renzo was friendly and thorough, dealt with all the crazy at our house (5 week old baby and two dogs), and promptly identified and addressed the issue. We are so grateful for the professional and timely service at a fair price!

We signed up for the semi-annual plan to have a tech come out for standard maintenance on the furnace and HVAC systems. Even though I have a warranty company that offers this, it was competitively priced with great service techs in the area. Absolutely worth the purchase and we look forward to working with Veteran Services again!

I have a Homesmart plan and my AC went out. They had Veterans come to fix it. They showed up unexpectedly the next day. I didn't know they were coming so it's a good thing we were home. AC needed parts so the technician returned the next week. In the repair process, he broke a fan blade. Claimed that's common but also failed to order the part he supposedly knew would break. So then I had to wait for that part to come in. I called them.two days ago and left a message requesting an update and no one returned my call. Received a call today (Friday) two weeks after they were initially out, that the blade arrived and they can come out on Monday. In my opinion, they should have been out ASAP to finish this up. Now we get to sit in a hot house all weekend. Not a happy customer, although I didn't choose them, and I would not recommend.

We were having some water seeping through our tiles in the basement. When I was speaking with someone on the phone they said that it may be a foundation issue. If this were the case they wouldn't be able to fix the problem, as it isn't a plumbing issue, but they'd be able to take a look and diagnose the problem. They did such a thorough job checking everything inside and out! They were so friendly and knowledgeable! They helped us figure out what the issue was and gave us super helpful recommendations. We are very pleased with the service we received and highly recommend this business!

Our Water heater was dying as well as some leaks in the pipes at our home so we decided to call Veteran Services after shopping around for some Quotes.

They were able to replace our water heater and fix the leaks in the piping leading up to it. Great service and great communication, they were able to get everything fixed and replaced.
