Called because my water heater went out and when I explained the situation the guy just said, "I'm not going to have time for that today". I didn't say that I wanted it done today since we're leaving for the weekend, but since you were so rude, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I was told that I needed a plumbing company to come out and flush our lines. I called this company and a guy answered. I explained my problem. He was quick to say “ok ma’am, we don’t do that.” He went on to say something else. I couldn’t quite make out what he said and I tried to ask another question. He immediately cut me off and said...”ok ma’am, we don’t do that” and hung up on me. Bottom line is that I need a plumber. I have more issues going on in my home and he didn’t even give me a chance to explain that. I will happily give my business to someone else who will be patient enough to hear me out and not talk to me like I’m an idiot.

Had this guy install a new water heater, paid extra to use his brand for warranty.. Will not come look at it to fix. Highly do not recommend.

Prompt and courteous, arrived on time first thing in the morning - took the time to ensure any possible source of leakage identified/remedied, and then quickly on his way. Our new go-to plumbing resource!

NEVER GOT BACK TO ME - TWICE!!!
Don't really know if they do good work or not. The ads looked good so I contacted them. The first time I called and left a message and gave it a week to hear back....NEVER DID HEAR BACK!!! Then I signed up on the website to schedule an appointment and they said they would be contacting me shortly.....again almost a week later....
AGAIN NOTHING!!!! I will be calling someone else.....

Called for a quote and confirmation of a leak in a kitchen sink. The representative told me he didn’t feel comfortable identifying a potential leak in a sink. Not sure what they do here but doesn’t seem like plumbing…

Had AC plumbing come out to work several times, twice for emergencies. They've come quickly and been very professional, would highly recommend.

I called and he was here the next day. He is “old school”, like me. I’m a retired plumber myself so I could tell he was good. He installed my faucet while being neat, and he cleaned up after himself. From this old retired plumber, who was pretty good myself, in my day, let me say this man deserves your business.
