I can't say enough good things about my experience. The rapid response—less than a day!—was impressive, but it was the total professionalism that won me over. Verdean explained the costs clearly, with no surprises. The office staff was a dream to work with, especially when it came to the insurance claim. Every single person I interacted with at Anytime Restoration was compassionate and competent.

What a joke of a company. 24/7 service is a lie. Came home from out of town on 12/28/25 at 3:00 in the afternoon and had standing water on our wood floors from the lady above us leaving her water running. Not one of their employees wanted to work and come help us. I feel like their entire website is a lie as they do NOT provide 24/7 service as stated.

The team helping with my bathroom water issues did a great job. They got equipment set up quickly, were responsive to power issues from too much equipment on one circuit, efficiently monitored progress, and then removed the equipment. Friendly and respectful. Did their best to minimize disruption.

Updated 11/25: The previous positive review was concerning moisture mitigation, which was a very positive experience. Anytime Restoration also has a part of the business that does repairs once the moisture mitigation is complete. I was far less satisfied trying to work with that part of the business. I left the five star rating for the moisture mitigation team. I would give 0 or 1 stars for the reconstruction part of the business, not for the quality of the work (they did no work for me) but for poor communication and lack of transparency.

1. They do not take jobs under $5000, which is certainly a valid business decision for them to make. However, this was not made clear to me until after I had paid them $500 for an estimate. I knew that I would lose the $500 if I chose to go with a different contractor. I did not know that I would lose the $500 if the estimate came in under $5000 and they refused the job. Had I known that, I would never have paid for the estimate and would have found a different contractor who was happy to take smaller jobs.

2. In mid-August I had a phone conversation with a manager there expressing my frustration with my experience. I was led to believe that the $500 would be refunded. It is now 3 months later. Not only have I not received a refund, but I have been ghosted. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. Even if the refund could not be granted for some reason, I'd like to be informed of that. The ghosting is totally unprofessional.

I still recommend the moisture mitigation end of the business. Unless you have a pretty large rebuild job, I suggest you look elsewhere for your rebuilding afterward.

We met the owner, Verdean LeMaster, and he answered every question we had. They handled fire damage, and they also do water damage and mold remediation. They helped us deal with insurance and gave us daily updates once the repairs started so we always knew where things stood. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I would recommend using anyone but this company for anything outside of mitigation services. Mitigation services get a 5 star but the restoration part gets a 0.
Worked with Raymond on estimates and rebuild. Rebuild took almost a year. Raymond was unresponsive, avoided text messages which he left on read for days. Was told they were having a hard time finding a contractor for this little job as if not having a working bathroom in a home with elderly people was just a little job. Promises for services went unmet. We purchased the vanity, lighting, floor, toilet, exhaust, shower tile thinking it would help them but it still took about a year to complete. Read his initial estimate to see if it makes sense because it won’t. There were charges on the estimate for things that we had purchased not anytime. We were overcharged but Chris helped reconcile that. He is a part of the 5 stars. Stay away.

Five stars for Anytime Restoration! The crew that came to my house was punctual every single morning, incredibly professional, and did an amazing cleanup job at the end of every single day. They truly made a stressful situation so much more manageable.

Never had such an unprofessional experience in my life. I had a cold plunge leak in my basement and needed someone to come out by that day to help dry everything out. They sent two people over within about 3 hours of the time I called, which was great. Those people assessed the damage and told me they couldn’t do anything until another person showed up. After the main guy spent 45 minutes on the phone in my basement, tucked away by himself, the other guy they were waiting on finally showed up with the fans and dehumidifiers about an hour later. After no more than 3 hours of work, the edges of the carpet were pulled up, the fans and dehumidifier were set up and the furniture was moved. I was going out of town the next day for 2 days, so told them I would contact them when I got back so they could pick up all their equipment. I had some things come up as soon as I got back, but got them scheduled to come pick up their equipment exactly 5 days after everything was dropped off and set up. One single guy showed up and spent less than an hour gathering the fans and dehumidifier. All in all, these guys spent a total of 4 hours or less of labor and had their equipment in my house for 5 days. Want to know what they tried to charge me? $7,800. Needless to say, I was a little confused. According to them, they had me sign paper work before any of the labor started or any of the equipment was in my house. Apparently, that paper work said they had the right to charge me whatever they wanted to. In the end, we settled and I paid them $1,500. These guys and this company are crooks.

Very professional, timely service. Everyone we worked with on the team was kind and helpful. Jay and Kenny made sure everything was going according to plan and that we were taken care of, and LJ and Ricardo did a thorough, fantastic job in removing the mold we discovered in our basement. We would definitely recommend Anytime Restoration!

I didn't know where to start with my insurance company after the fire, but Anytime Restoration Fire & Water stepped in and helped big time. They also offer financing if you need it. On top on that, their work is excellent. They were on site before the smoldering even stopped!

I had a pipe burst while I was out of town, and this company handled everything quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent, the house was completely dried out, and my belongings were neatly and carefully organized. They made a very stressful situation much easier, and I would absolutely recommend

We were very happy with the mitigation work that Anytime Restoration did for us. Kenny was great at communicating with us and getting detailed bids. LJ and Jilani were very conscientious when they removed our layers of ceramic tile from the damaged bathroom floor and subfloor. They were great to work with.

Kenny Johnson, Mitigation Manager with anytime Restoration Fire & water damage has been amazing to work with. He came out to my home yesterday after several pipes froze and burst and caused all kinds of damage. He was calm, collective, patient and very easy to work with. He spoke with my insurance company to help get the ball rolling on a claim. I had some reservations about working with a restoration company and he has completely put my mind at ease.

Anytime crew is the way to go! Basement flood and Dallas was on-site to assess damages 1 hour after my call. The crew of Corey, Josh, Jeremy and Michael were on-site the very next day to remove all damages, leaving a clean and dry environment. Fast, reliable and super professional! Before a holiday too!

Zach and Rich and team were awesome! They explained everything as they went along! Would definitely call them again. In fact the whole clean up team was honest and upfront with us. Now we wait for the drying process to complete this project!
