Spoke with Tracy (owner) on Friday and scheduled a consult via phone. He confirmed he or his son Taylor would be available to come out on Sunday to take a look at our tree trimming needs, and requested I text my name/address so he had it. Tracy told me one of them would be out "around 3ish" on Sunday. I set aside my weekend afternoon for this appointment. 3pm... 4pm... 5pm... came and went. Not only did he not show, but he didn't even have the courtesy to call or text! I even left Tracy a voicemail and texted to see what what happening. Complete radio silence 24 hours later! Not a huge win for a small business.
