All reviews for Coty Construction & Remodeling

We had a fantastic experience with Coty Construction in rebuilding our old deck, which was unsafe. From the beginning, they were honest, helpful, and straightforward. Our sales consultant, Paul, was very responsive and was fantastic at communicating the potential material limitations we might encounter due to COVID. They remained flexible when requested to delay our project due to a job loss in our family. Once we were comfortable to start the build, they came out on the date we set and completed our project in 2 days!! Brian and his team of workers were awesome to work with! Our deck turned out better than expected and now we don't ever have to worry about it falling down or any railing coming apart. Did I pay more than I initially wanted? Yes. Am I glad I did? Absolutely. The experience and quality of workmanship was second to none! Thank you to all at Coty!!

We had them add additional ceiling rafters in our garage so it could be finished in the future. Brian S. was great to work with to help plan the work and the crew did a great job including clean-up! Would definitely hire them again for other projects we are considering!

Absolutely wonderful experience! As a senior, I was concerned about approaching this siding project on my own. The Coty Construction crew was courteous, kind and professional. Nick met with me, patiently reviewed my options, and guided me in making decisions that resulted in the final product that I love! My home now has the curb appeal that I’ve always desired. A big thank you to Nick and the entire Coty crew!

I had a very good experience with Coty Construction. They replaced my roof after hail damage. The entire process run smoothly from beginning to end. They talked directly with my insurance company and secured proper coverage for the repair. Nick was very kind and patient, and didn’t hesitate to explain all the options I had for types of roofs, skylights, and other small things of the process. Their timing was good as well. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and would hire the services again without a doubt.

Last summer we had our deck replaced. Mark, the rep who worked with us, was very forthright, honest— there were no unpleasant surprises. He explained everything very well. The workmanship and quality of materials was excellent. The project was completed on schedule as promised and very timely. Would definitely call on Coty for future projects!

Coty Construction was a great choice for my bathroom remodel. Put in a pocket door, exhaust fan, flooring. Chris arrived when he said he would, and Brian was fantastic with ongoing communication and follow up. Highly recommend!

We hired the team at Coty Construction to rebuild our deck which was starting to rot. They used top of the line materials from Trex and the deck turned out gorgeous. Curt was great to work with, answered all our questions and responded promptly. He really went above and beyond to make sure we loved the finished project.

This is a difficult review to write. The good was that the in-house employees did fairly good quality work. That’s about it. The bad, I had a full remodel of my main floor. Kitchen, bathroom, all new interior doors, trim and tile floors. I have a bathroom that we can not take baths in due to it flooding the basement, (I was told that it’s because my house is old and not vented) we ordered cabinets with no handles. And now have handles “which are not lined up and everyone is a different height.
I came home on multiple occasions to find workers laying on the floor watching videos on their phone.
I could go on, but really what’s the point. Last thing I’ll say is. The project manager ghosted me at the end, never checked in to see if everything was done to my satisfaction, nor did I even get a thank you for the business.
Now I have to hire a second contractor to fix everything that is screwed up.
So much more I could go on about, this isn’t even all of it!
Would I use Coty again or recommend them. Nope, no way, not at all.
