Easiest thing I ever did. Went to their web site, made my appointment, received notification that it was scheduled. Then the day before my appointment, I had to reschedule it and Annette offered me a different day and time that worked for me to be home. Both Angela and Viktor came out, discussed with me what I was trying to do and then gave me an opportunity to add in a few electrical plugs while they were there. I ended up so pleased with the whole process I signed up for their monthly maintenance plan, best price I've found for it and i did my research. Plus it included a chance to win some Saints tickets! Highly recommend Twin City Heating! We wanted to have exhaust fans installed in both our master bathroom and kids bathroom. I inquired for companies on our Nextdoor app, and had a response from Kelsey very quickly. He scheduled a consultation the following week, installed the week after, and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Very professional, punctual, and a hand written thank you notes are hard to come by nowadays, written from their owner. We also had them add recessed lighting above both showers, and it makes a huge difference. We will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend!

Angela gave us a bid for projects in our home including running 220 lines for an induction cooktop and installing a new junction box for a chandelier while removing 2 recessed light cans.
