Twin Cities Finest show up on time explained their process and cost. They use equipment that pulls out all the dust and dander and I was amazed at what they were able to pull out of the furnace system. This is the second time I have scheduled with Twin Cities finest, and am completely satisfied.

We manage a 48 unit apartment complex & have used Carpet Clean for many, many years. Al & Deb somehow are able squeeze us into their schedule & always do a great job.

Nick van #1 did excellent job. Putting my townhouse on the market and didn’t want to replace the bedrooms carpet or stairs. Couple of bedrooms were very dirty and some stains. But Nick brought life back to my carpets

I have been using CarpetClean as my go-to carpet cleaning company for the entire duration of my 20 year career (and counting!). That should be enough - every kind of stain imaginable has gone through them with spectacular results. I have never had another company's contact in my phone, they have done an amazing job with everything I have ever asked for!

I have used this company once before for carpet that was already in great shape with no stains, so it was an easy job. I have referred this company to several people since. I recently contacted CarpetClean to clean carpet at a townhome we just bought in Blaine and what rude, pathetic, and unprofessional experience that turned out to be. I asked the owner what time they cleaned carpets until, because we are only available after 4:30pm. He literally and angrily was insisting that we have our carpets cleaned at 7:30am. I told him that we are working at that time and will not be available in the mornings and he upsettingly said that we can have a family member or neighbor be at our home to let them in. I told him we just moved in and we do not know our neighbors and we have no family that lives in this area at all. The owner got more upset and rude than he already was as he was trying to force me to have our carpets cleaned at 7:30am. He then told me that carpet cleaning is a labor intensive very hard job to do and didn't want his guys or himself to have to clean our carpets after 4:30pm. I had to tell him that I actually cleaned carpets professionally for over 7 years and that it WAS NOT labor intensive very hard work to do. It's the exact opposite! I also had to tell him that I cleaned carpets 6 days a week from 8am to 8pm....I also had to remind him I live Blaine, exactly where his business is located. Very rudely and angrily he said he would have to put me on a waiting list and has absolutely no idea when they can clean our carpets. The owner of this business is a pathetic, rude, unprofessional person. I know I will never use this business or refer this company again!!

Yesterday these guys did a great job on our condo. They were fast, efficient, and the carpet dried quickly without any weird smell. There was no B.S. or last-minute sales pitch. Price was just what Deb, the scheduler said it would be. I’d hire Ryan and Shawn again in a minute. (Great price, too!)

I was extremly pleased with the service and outcome of Carpet Clean and Shawn and Ryan. I had originally received a coupon from one of the other big name places. And these guys came in well under that proposal and I will certainly be using them in the future.

The flooring was at least 6 yrs old and had several stains and the carpet now looks like new. Truly happy to refer them to anyone looking for quality service, great price and very professional.

Alan was great to work with on scheduling, Shawn and Ryan came out and did an amazing job, they were very knowledgeable and polite. We had a pretty bad dog smell in our home and a few stains- everything looks and smells great now! Would 100% use their services again! 👍

Was very impressed by the carpet cleaning they preformed on my house !! The carpets look brand new and smell brand new again , they took out some deep stains I didn’t expect them to get them out very good work !! They showed up when they said they were going to very friendly staff members they are awesome. I don’t normally post reviews but they really did go above and beyond , and they were the cheapest out of any other carpet cleaning company’s in the area !!! Give them a call !

After waiting for one of those big companies to call me back to schedule an appointment, I called Carpet Clean and was amazed and very pleased to find an actual person answer the phone. Deb was very friendly and helpful, scheduling an appointment for me within two weeks of my call. She even called me back when they had an opening and asked if I would like to move my appointment up. Shawn and Ryan arrived on time, and the work was done in no time -- in a very professional and courteous manner. I will make sure to call them when I need carpets or vents cleaned, and would not hesitate in recommending them.

Had Shawn and Ryan clean all the carpets in our house. They were respectful, careful, efficient, and did a wonderful job. Some of our carpet is kind of old, and it looks unmatted and good again. They took care of moving everything that needed moving, so I didn't have to do very much prep work. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. The price is very reasonable too. Bonus!

We have had Carpet Clean care for our carpets over the past 30+ years in different homes. Our carpet being new in each home and ME being quite particular (maybe a bit OCD), they have never disappointed. The guys do a thorough and professional job! These folks are amazing! If you’re looking for a professionally done carpet and vent clean look no further. Their rates are very reasonable and the quality of service was A+. They arrived on time as scheduled, were very professional and were very efficient. They explained the whole process very well, surveyed the space before the clean and ensured they maintained a very neat space during and after the cleanup. I had recently repainted my house and informed them that the paint hadn’t fully hardened and asked them to be cautious with the carpet foot boards - they took excellent care to ensure there was no paint damage and did a very neat job cleaning up my carpets. Highly recommend them!
