Called and was told it would cost $300 at most for the work I needed done. Person arrived and we were told it would be $800 +. Then we're left paying the $75 call out fee. What a sneaky way to make money. Perhaps the receptionist and plumber should work out how they give estimates over the phone. Also is worth noting we found someone who did it for half the price.

Called to have a leak in the bath tub repaired. Couldn't find it when we ran the water in the tub and ran the shower. Was told to watch it and mark where we saw the leaking. I was then told that water heater should be replaced because of all the pops and bangs it made, and we should have it done within the next year because the price of water heaters was going up. We found the leak later that night where it was leaking and called the next day to have them come back out and my phone call was never returned.
A few days later my father discovered that the back plate behind the knob that controls the hot and cold water wasn't sealed properly by pouring a cup of water around the knob / plate and faucet. Where the water was leaking we put silicone around it to seal it.
I basically paid $49 to be told my water heater was old and I'd have to figure out where my own leak was. Waste of my time and money.
