I have been a customer of General Parts for the past 16 years and have never had a bad experience. When I call with a question or to request a repair the phone is answered 100% of the time by knowledgeable service personnel. General Parts has never been late or missed any appointment. Their service technicians are very professional and are able to fix any repair I have for them. I highly recommend General Parts for any equipment repairs, they are a wonderful company to work with!
