My home was damaged by a vendor in my HOA, and I'm so fortunate for a referral to Roncor. Roncor's team are professional, trustworthy and diligent. I'm impressed with the entire Roncor team. Oliver is a true professional. He brought a team to my home to assure the accuracy of his bid. He honored our contract, and his bid was the final price. I never had any problems contacting him, or receiving a quick response. Kevin always had an onsite presence, and his prompt response time to questions left me confident that the project was a priority. He returned after the job was finished for a final inspection to confirm that expectations were met. Mitchell led the repairs, and is valuable team member. He kept his promises, and his carpentry skills are unbelievable. He was on time every day, and he kept me updated through the entire process. BJ's expertise in drywall repair provided a seamless transition blending new drywall into 27-year-old drywall in a finished garage. BJ and Mitchell always provided an update before they left the jobsite, and always returned the next day at the time they scheduled. Roncor started construction on the agreed upon date, returned every day after starting, and finished the project ahead of schedule even after a day was lost to bad weather. A house is a large piece of a person's portfolio, but it's more than an asset - it's home. I highly recommend Roncor and their team for any project inside or outside of your home.
