Jerry did a great job getting each and every stain our of our carpet. He was also willing to come out on a weekend which was great. The job was done in just a few hours and the carpets look great!

Had my carpet, a rug and a sectional cleaned on the 18th of Dec. Had it scheduled for an earlier date but needed to change it. There was no problem with picking another day, it was still able to get done prior to Xmas as I had wanted. Jerry did a beautiful job, took his time and explained everything. He was great to work with and he'll be hearing from me again.

He did an awesome job. We had cat cat issues and he spent a lot of time just listening and talking through the best solution to deal with how to handle our carpet. He spent a lot of time making sure they were cleaned and then he followed up the next day just checking in on how the areas were. There were no hidden cost, he told us the amount and then stuck with his price and even did some extra areas that we found during the process. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet cleaning!

Jerry cleaned my 10 yr old sofa and pet stained carpet. He did an amazing job- looks and smells like new. Jerry was very professional, timely in responding, explained how to manage future stains, and even checked back the next day to see how all was after complete drying. My couches and ottoman have never been professionally cleaned. I have three teenage sons, three dogs, and I dogsit often. My couches were disgusting. The gentleman who came out was professional, polite, worked quickly, and did a fabulous job. My couches look ten times better, and smell a million times better. I will definitely use them again!

Jerry did a great job. He was accommodating on the scheduling of the work, and was punctual. He followed up a couple days later to ask us how

This is what a service business should be. Jerry did a great job cleaning the carpet in our home in Bloomington and is just a wonderful, nice person. He's a one-man show - he returned my initial call promptly, arrived at the scheduled time, did a great job cleaning and the rates were reasonable. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend.

Great service and value! I spilled a container of beef gravy on my ivory color carpeted stairs one evening just before a major holiday. After spending a lot of time trying to clean up the stain on our own, my husband and I decided to call a professional the next day.

I called several cleaners, but due to the holiday it was very difficult to find someone to come out to our home. I contacted Jerry and he was very helpful right away. He shared some tips over the phone that actually worked in the meantime and came to our home right after the holiday.

So glad Jerry fit us into his already busy schedule. He quickly got the stain out and our carpet looked like new! His rate was very reasonable even with the stain guard upgrade. We plan to call on him again to clean carpet and upholstery throughout our home this summer.

Jerry was quick to respond to voicemail and arrived promptly within the time frame he had said he would. He was quick and efficient cleaning our carpet and his work on our sofa left me speechless. Jerry is an absolute pleasure to work with!! We have called him for the last couple of cleanings and he will be the only one we call for years to come. He is extremely knowledgable and thorough! We have used other "well known" companies in the past and have never been pleased. Which says a lot since our carpet is off white and we have three cats! Jerry was able to remove spots and stains the other "big name companies" were not.
