Jeremy and Mojestic did a fantastic job for us. Thoughtful design wrapping our home from front patio to back patio, accommodation for handicap access, beautiful touches with pavers and plants, and a gorgeous new cedar fence. Highly, highly recommend!

Jeremy and crew have done 3 separate projects at our home. Two rather large repairs to our paver driveway (500+ sq ft each time) and install another paver patio with new window well. Each time they continue to exceed our expectations. He is the go to guy for our landscaping needs!

Mojestic Landscape has been helping us maintain our property for years. We could not be happier. Every project we have requested from them has been a complete success. Hardscapes with brick, patios and walkways, perennial beds and selection of annuals, they have come through for us. They also do our maintenance, mulching, fall cleanup, and holiday decorations. The breadth of their knowledge and ability is only exceeded by their timeliness and professionalism. We look forward to working with this five star company on our next project.

Dominick has provided incredible designs that will forever live rent free in our heads. The designs were so good we had a hard time deciding. Today was our stone selection day and we were able to meet our project manager and the owner in person who helped to guide and advise on our final plans. Looking forward to seeing these plans come to life!

The work was great! However- their sales Person Lindsay and Project manager Sean need some guidance and how to take care of clients.
Their tech Curt was amazing and basically handled everything. He should be their sales, project manager and tech. Great guy and very friendly.
Also make sure they show you the products so you can see how they look in person. Lindsay was fine- but kind of dropped us once we signed the contract. She also struggled with the docu sign form that was sent over multiple times to us because it was incorrect on her behalf.
We also had to ask for updates and when the project would start. Which was annoying.
It’s very clear- if your home is huge and in Minnetonka/Edina/Wayzata they will pay more attention to you.
Update: We were able to talk with the owner, Pat which made this experience better for us.

I have now completed 2 residential projects with Ground One. From initial contact to the completion of the projects, it was easy and seamless.

It'll probably come as no surprise to you that we are extremely pleased with Nate's work. Can't think of a thing I don't like. In a field where there are a lot of wannabees (design) Nate is the real deal. Incisive, thoughtful and simply masterful.

We had a great experience with Ground One Landscaping! The work was done well, they communicated well with us and even followed up not once, but twice. I would highly recommend hiring them!

Beautiful design and an extremely hardworking and conscientious crew made for a great experience working with GroundOne.

We wanted the space on the side and back of our home landscaped. We needed someone with vision and the experience to handle the hillside. We needed the landscaping to be built very well to last the next couple of decades on the side of our hill.

We chose Ground One. They are not the cheapest landscaper or the fastest. But have you tried calling the cheapest? We tried that route in the past and didn't want to spend money on a contractor who would disappear as soon as he got paid.

Pat and Nate came up with 3 visions for our yard. We ended up choosing the middle priced version. They had to redo the footings on our deck, installed a set of stone stairs, fire pit, blue stone pavers, etc. The work took longer than expected, but wow, it is gorgeous!

Every time I walk through the yard, I am happy with the route we chose.

Matt, the designer, and Josh and the crew did a wonderful job on transforming the “courtyard” space between my townhouse and garage! I am so happy with Matt’s choice of plants; he carefully considered the amount of sun they each needed. The space looks just beautiful now! They were all professional and friendly, did a great job.

We recently had Pat and his team do a pretty major landscaping overhaul for us and we were delighted in every way.

First, they were exceptionally creative in the design process and made excellent recommendations on what to do. When it came time to do the work, they did everything you could ask for in a contractor: they started when they said they would, finished when they promised, used all the materials we had agreed upon, and charged us what they quoted. The worksite was cleaned up every day and the work crews were a pleasure to have around.

Now our place is the showpiece of the neighborhood. We'd hire them again in a minute, and recommend them highly.

Ground One designed and installed our landscaping for our new build in Minneapolis. The process and communication were both great, as well as the finished results which included landscaping, retaining wall, underground drip system for plantings and accent lighting. We would not hesitate to recommend them!

pros and cons:
The design process is very meticulous and the installation was top-notch. However, once the install was done we had a hard time getting a response to follow up questions. Also, we had about a dozen perennials that did not make it through the winter. They offered to replant them, but wanted to charge us $25 per perennial just for the planting fee. (We had to re-buy the plants). So, I would say this is a reputable company and they do great work, but read the fine print and don't expect them to go "above and beyond"; their attitude is kind of take it or leave it.

Update: we recently hired an arborist to figure out why our trees were not thriving. Well believe it or not they discovered the tees planted by Ground One were planted with the burlap and wires intact. They did not cut the wires! 6 trees and 6 arbs affected.

Over the years we have spent too much money fixing their mistakes.

Ground One just finished our backyard retaining wall and patio and it looks beautiful! This is an industry (including other home remodeling/repair/construction work) which I have found to be very poor at planning, professionalism, and customer service, but Nate the designer and Orlando the foreman were excellent and I was very pleased. They are meticulous and considerate, and Nate can design anything and slow talk it over with you. It's the best experience I've had with any company in this industry (including GC work). Would give 5 stars but there are a few lingering things that could have been tied up better. We have two spots in the yard that aren't draining well and could have been laser graded, as well as the irrigation/sprinkler head install was done a little haphazardly. Also be sure to get an exact quote from Pat before saying yes to anything or they will just charge charge charge away on your final bill.

But overall, awesome experience and would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

Ground One, Craig Trenary, and his crew are the best in the biz. They are great with the design process and take the time to understand your wants/needs and provide plenty of options and revisions to the plan as it progresses. All of the crew were nice, hard working, and happily addressed any small nits and issues that came up throughout the project.

I have worked with Ground One for the last 5 years. During that time they have taken on a project (some bigger, some smaller) every year, including hard scaping and planting. They also take care of the annual spring clean up. Needless to say that I am extremely pleased with their work. Nate (landscape designer) is fantastic to work with. He listens and understands my vision for the garden, has been a true guide for me to understand my garden better, and always comes up with a fantastic plan. Communication with him and everyone else from Ground One is always prompt and clear. The crew(s) have been super professional and attentive to detail , including subcontractors (I.e. Concrete). They work fast without sacrificing quality. You can absolutely rely on their initial estimate of cost. I can only highly recommend Ground One. I am already looking forward to the next project.
