They must have the same hours as the Learing Centers. All the other Walmarts are open but this one?!🤔

This Walmart location is absolutely unacceptable — especially the pickup and delivery service.

People are waiting 30–40+ minutes in pickup spots, only to have their orders canceled with no explanation. What is the point of pickup slots, labels, and assigned parking if employees don’t come out, don’t communicate, and don’t even acknowledge customers?

Customers are sitting in their cars forever. Employees walk around like nothing is happening. No updates, no apologies, no basic customer service. It feels like nobody is managing the pickup team at all.

This is clearly a management failure. The pickup operation here needs urgent changes — new leadership, better staffing, and real accountability. Right now, it looks like people are not working — they are just drifting around.

Hands down, the worst Walmart pickup experience I’ve ever had.
Avoid this location if you value your time.

Fertilawn has treated our lawn for many years. Last season we added lawn mowing service and snow plowing. They have been very accommodating to put down the type of product we want as well as respecting our desire to have a call the day before they are coming out. The people they hire are top notch and stay with them. They have been consistently good in providing service to us in every aspect. I highly recommend them.

Ryan Henchel is our technician. He does a wonderful job. He is very knowledgeable and has answers regarding our lawn. We have had Fertilawn as our lawn service for over 20 years and are very happy with the service and services they provide.

All services received from Fertilawn have produced good results. Our grass looks very nice. I am glad I signed up from grub control. Not only does this help the health of our lawn but also (in my opinion) it helped control our Japanese beetle problem.

My technician, LaTroy, is always professional and thorough in his service on my property. I highly recommend this company and especially the service LaTroy provides.

The Service Tech Andrew was very friendly and efficient
when he helped us with the last two service calls. He was easy to talk with and offered advice for all my questions. The airation and over seeding was done about 3 weeks ago and today we had the final fertilizer application of the season. Super impressed with the overall service. First year we have used a service but after the terrible grass killing drought of the past two seasons we needed to do something different. Fertilawn was a good choice. Very clear about what to do and effective delivering our service all season.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Fertilawn. Currently we’re signed up for 5 lawn treatments, and we’ve done the organic spring aeration / soil conditioner and also the fall plug aeration with overseed. We’ve had great success so far. We always receive advanced notice prior to a service appointment, they make time to answer any questions I’ve had, and they even share insights after a visit about things we are doing right / could do better (cutting at right height, watering, etc). I feel like they truly care about my lawn. Highly recommend Fertilawn!
