There was a mixup probably on my part but Blaylock handled it excellently. They showed up on the dot of the early range of time they had given me, and were in and finished in record time. My home is a 1950's ranch style house which can be a bit challenging for plumbing.

Blaylock know's the best and most efficient way to get the job done. They are very easy to work with if you are remodeling like I was.

Within 3 hrs the work was complete and we had the needed components to complete the sink and tub (once installed.)

I would highly recommend them.

Tips: Leaving a message sometimes doesn't do the trick, best off stopping by their office or talking directly over the phone.
Their residential plumbers get quite busy so if you are remodeling, talk to them ahead of time.

My husband and I needed to shorten our gas line to our range. Tim from Blaylock came out to shorten it. He was very professional and polite as well as hustled to finish the job within 1 hour to keep our cost down.

My husband and I were so impressed, we will use Blaylock the next time we need a plumber and will specifically ask for Tim!

Blaylock Plumbing was suggested to us by D.C. Annis. Blaylock did a great job of fixing our broken sewer line. They kept us up to date on the progress and didn't suggest any unnecessary work to be done. Gave us suggestions on what needed to be fixed and let us make the decision without any pressure. Very pleased with everything.

As a new homeowner, plumbing is scary. The Blaylock team and Chris came out and were friendly and on point, both giving great advice and completely repairs and upgrades all in one visit, for a great fee compared to what other companies quoted. They're hourly rate is fair and with their experience it's tough to beat!

Went above and beyond replacing our sewer line. Kind and*honest* unlike so many other companies out there. I'm at glad that we're in their service area.

I have had Blaylock come out four times now for about ten different projects ranging from indoor and outdoor faucet replacement to water heater replacement and all the way to pulling out and replacing the main drain running from my kitchen to my sewer (which ran half the length of the house and through the foundation). They've been consistently on-time with next-day response to emergency jobs (they have dedicated residential service to ensure not everything is a corporate client). Their prices are entirely fair for plumbing services (which are not cheap), they work diligently to ensure that the work reflects the time spent, and their quality has been exceptional.

I will continue to use them for further future plumbing projects as they come up. If that's not an endorsement for their services I don't know what is.

Most honest and reasonable contractors I have worked with. We had to replace the sewer pipe from our house to the street and these guys did an excellent job. We got an estimate from a bigger “rooter” company and it was outrageous. Would highly recommend!!!

Blaylock saved me a bunch of money on the repair i needed done. All people who i interacted with to get the service done were very down to earth. And when the plumber arrived, he didnt wast anytime getting to work. They are hourly rated, so it was very much appreciated! Would definitely recommend and plan on using them for any future needs.

I highly recommend Blaylock Plumbing. They responded to my contact request, gave me a quote, and quickly fixed the issue, all within the same day. I found them to be extremely friendly, honest, and they charged a fair price.

Blaylock did such a wonderful job replacing my old orangeburg pipe that was going to fail at any time! They showed me the camera view and explained the process they would use to replace the old pipe.

When they did the work, it was done with care and precision. They left my yard in amazing condition, considering the large backhoe digger and two 8-10 foot holes that were dug.

I highly recommend Einar and Joe. They were excellent to work with, and I would do it all over again (oh, wait, I never have to worry about that pipe again!)

Kris was excellent - he helped us solve our leaky outdoor faucet problem which required a full replacement. We had a challenge with access to the faucet in the basement, but Kris identified and tailored a solution for us to fit our needs and do the least amount of damage to our walls/ceiling! Plus this team was affordable and fit our budget needs. Thanks Kris for your help and hard work - so excited to get my lawn and garden watered again!

I highly recommend Blaylock Plumbing. They are reasonably priced. Einar and Joe did a great job replacing our sewer line in December! They came back today to remove some dirt and leveled our yard where they worked.

I had the extreme misfortune of a hole and cracked sewer line in my 1954 rambler. It was one of the things I feared most as a home owner. Einer was excellent throughout the entire process. He came out to mark the line then returned for the project. He explained everything thoroughly (I have a genuine interest in all things home renovation and repair). I found it very interesting the house used 3 different materials, cast, transite, and clay. Einer even showed me how they can manually tunnel PVC through sand. I would highly recommend Blaylock and will refer them to family and friends in the future.

Chad from Blaylock fixed our toilet valve honestly and didn’t find “unnecessary” or added expense. Was fast and courteous. Blaylock has done other plumbing work at my house from big: main sewer, sewer lines, etc and the small: toilet valve. Very professional and fair.

Chad came out today and had to raise my flange on my toilet floor and then install a new toilet and a bidet. He was prompt, didn’t leave a mask and just a really nice guy. I’m very pleased with how the job was handled!

We have used Blaylock for two large projects and one small service fix over the last 3 years. Chad has done the majority of our work to replace galvanized piping, replace concrete laundry tub and did all the plumbing for a new bathroom in our basement. He was great to work with, took time explaining everything and was available for questions throughout the project.

I also want to give a shoutout to their office manager, Dawn! She has fantastic customer service and is incredibly speedy at responding to emails.

Blaylock will continue to be our go to call for any and all plumbing needs.

Have used Blaylock for years doing backflow testing and some repairs. Chad has always been great. Rates went way up this year (quoted at $200/hour) to the point where it’s unreasonable for a 10 minute test and some paperwork (an additional $130 charge.)
