Daniel and his tech came out to the house today. They took about an hour for readings and explanations. He did a great job of explaining to me what each of the readings meant as far as moisture and temperature. With the estimate and work that they performed, they said that no work needed to be done and in reality saved me thousands of dollars. Really appreciated the work they did. Thanks to Daniel and crew.

Can't say enough good things about Service Restoration. I had some water damage that flooded my house and chose the wrong contractor initially. I then brought in Service Restoration and they cleaned everything up properly in no time! Kept me informed the entire way and responded to all my questions and issues. Coordinator Jocelyn and Mitigation Estimator Gunnar where awesome to work with! Jocelyn has been excellent through the entire process and super cool person to work with. She's always available to respond to my questions and to help me understand this process as it's something I have never been through before. She helped me with understanding the insurance side of things and the mitigation and restoration side of things. A++++ all the way though. Would choose them again and recommend them to anyone who needs this done.

The response time was amazing. The team was on-site and started work within 3 hours of my initial call. Enrique, Juan and Angel worked into the evening to fully complete the flood aftermath demolition. All work was quickly and effectively completed, and the work site was well cleaned. Pricing was very reasonable, but the caution ,care, speed and efficiency of the team was exceptional.

I first learned about Service Restoration after a family member experienced a challenge at their home, and the work the team did for them was outstanding. Seeing how smoothly their project went made me realize how important it is to understand your options before you ever need restoration services.

When I reached out with questions for my own peace of mind, Rachel was incredibly responsive and helpful. She took the time to explain what coverage looks like, what to expect in different emergency situations, and connected me with the right people so I’d be prepared if anything ever happens in the future.

I’ve been genuinely impressed by how professional, knowledgeable, and proactive the team is. They clearly take pride in supporting homeowners before, during, and after a loss. Based on what I’ve seen and the experience my family member had, I’d feel very confident calling them again!

To start the people who did the mitigation were amazing! I do not remember their names because it was very stressful when it first happened. But they were very respectful of all our belongings and were very thorough in making sure they removed everything that had water damage.

The next people we worked with was Emily & then Cassie & Isaac. Emily saw my basement & how much of my 31 products & crafts I had and she understood that many things were irreplaceable and she came out with Cassie & Isaac to talk thru how things would be packed up, and asked me if I was ok with the plan. And she made sure boxes were big enough so all my 31 totes and storage cubes wouldn't get crushed or bent. I was sad to hear Emily moved to another position because she was amazing at really making sure I felt comfortable with all my belongings being removed and stored off-site.

And then Cassie & Isaac and their teams did the pack out and they were so careful and respectful of everything when they were packing things up. We only had a couple tall cheap standing lamps not make it and I am sure that is because they were cheap lamps not because of them moving them because they wrapped everything so carefully I so appreciated the care they gave to our belongings. And when they brought things back they listened and moved boxes around so I could do the unpacking more easily.

Rob- was great & did all the insurance coordinating & we didn't have any surprises or anything come back that wasn't paid by insurance.

Jess our coordinator was fabulous and checked in every week with us with a text or phone call or both sometimes. When I had questions she always responded quickly with either who I should contact or she got the answer for me and she empathized when things didn't go as planned. Which it is what happens sometimes when you are doing a full remodel. I always felt like she prioritized my questions.

Chad-last but not least he was the project manager and I wish he was independent because we would hire him again in a heartbeat. Things came up here and there & Chad was absolutely fabulous to work with! He wanted to make sure we were happy with the results and when there was a snafu he did everything he could to make sure it was fixed and finished in the way that we wanted, despite it costing them more money. He got bigger samples for us and we just felt like he really cared about us and the end result & us being happy with it.

I pray we don't have anything like this happen again but we would call service restoration again in a heartbeat! It sucks to have water damage, but I truly believe you will be glad you hire them because they truly care about their customers.

Thank you all for all you did to help us get our basement cleaned up from the sewer line backing up and remodeled back to how it was, and actually even better!! I am so grateful we found and hired you!

Their new location is awesome! Rachel did a great job with the tour and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. The facility is clean, easy to find, and well-organized, and the equipment is top-notch. I was shocked to see how prepared for any size loss this company is. You can tell a lot about a company by how well it maintains its workspace and how the staff interact with each other, and from what I’ve seen, the team here is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about customers.

Based on the environment and the pride the team take in their work, I’d feel very confident recommending them to friends and family!

While the staff on the phone was helpful, the overall result of my move-out cleaning service was extremely disappointing. She cleaned the bathroom main parts, but missed things such as cleaning the mirror. She also attempted to clean our blinds, but then left all the dust piled on the floor and did not clean that up. Additionally, I had requested that all baseboards be cleaned and many rooms still had dusty baseboards.

To top it off, she used my floor cleaner (which was nice hardwood floor cleaner) and only worked for 2 and a half hours when the service was for 3 hours (she arrived at 9:30am and checked out with my husband at 12pm). While my husband did do the check out, he did not check the areas as thoroughly as I would have as he was on his lunch break from work.

Cottage Care did an excellent job. cleaners were friendly and efficient. They did everything I asked and more. What I really liked is the company is locally owned. I highly recommend and will have them back again.

We've been using CottageCare for a year and are very happy with the service. They are on time, do a thorough cleaning, and pleasant to work with. They act professionally and are service oriented. Everything I've asked for I've gotten.

CottageCare did a great job for me on a move-out cleaning in Bloomington. They provided an accurate estimate, worked really hard on the job, communicated well, and were on time showing up. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely call them again.

Overall, I had a great experience. The ladies were polite and worked efficiently. My only negative comment would just be that a few things were missed in dusting but other than that I was satisfied with the service. I will use the cleaning service again and just make sure that my expectations are clearly communicated. Again, overall they did a great job!

i have been using cottage care for 6 months now and have not had a bad or even a mediocre cleaning. the cleaners are always on time, very courteous and professional. They know where to start and the best way to get to the end without leaving any trace that they were there - except of course that the house is spotless. pricing is very reasonable especially considering the quality of work performed and the high level of professionalism and courtesy exhibited. To me, Cottage Care is the best, there is no other cleaning service that even compares. The cleaner that comes to our house regularly is Gert, she does an incredible job, also works very quickly while still paying attention to the details. she is very personable and is very knowledgeable on many topics.

Highly recommended. Great work. Great service and wonderful management. Not only did I use them personally but they are one of our vendors for our properties that we manage throughout the Twin Cities. Thanks again for a job well done!

I contacted Cottage Care to come clean our house after my mother in law had passed away and our time was spent handling all that comes with the passing of a loved one. The job they did was outstanding. Our house was maticuously clean and our bathrooms looked like new again. My wife and I also appreciated the fact that all the cleaning solutions they use are all natural. I would highly recommend Cottage Care to any and all. Even the most discerning eye.

Cottage Care has been taking care of us for the past 15 years, and they do an incredible job of cleaning! John has also been very flexible when we have needed extra services or date changes, etc. They are all very nice and trustworthy.

The two ladies who cleaned my new house before I moved in were very prompt, very friendly, and did an awesome job. They brought their own equipment to include non-toxic cleaning supplies to sanitize and wipe down the bathrooms, kitchen, and the tile floors. They also provided great tips and tricks as they moved through the house (considering I was just moving in myself!). I would highly recommend.
