They did a great job of selling me on their company. They did a great job installing new roof. However, they did not do a good job cleaning up. Had to call them back to clean up and reattach some of my gutter guards.

I called Viking Contractors after receiving their mailing with very detailed storm information. They sent out Luis to inspect our property. He verified that there was in fact hail damage on my roof! We now have a new roof thanks to him and his team at Viking! Thank you guys and the ladies at the office you have all been very helpful and made my first roof replacement as a homeowner very easy! Thank you once again!

I called to make an appointment a week ago and i was supposed to have someone come out to inspect my roof at 10 am on 9/13/22 and no one showed up. I called on 9/13 at 3 pm and was told I wasn’t added to the schedule for some reason. The woman said something about your system has issues etc so she was going to schedule an appointment for the next day 9/14/22 and she’d call back after getting my info in the system to set up a time and never called back. Very disappointing. Making appointments and no one shows up who does that? Oh but I did magically get a survey text message asking how my inspection went. Really!? No one came out.
