I called Viking Contractors after receiving their mailing with very detailed storm information. They sent out Luis to inspect our property. He verified that there was in fact hail damage on my roof! We now have a new roof thanks to him and his team at Viking! Thank you guys and the ladies at the office you have all been very helpful and made my first roof replacement as a homeowner very easy! Thank you once again!

On time. Called to reschedule when it was rainy. Polite and professional. Quick and showed pictures and talked through what he saw. Honest opinions about the status which I appreciated. Will use them when we decide to get a need a new roof!

Great experience. Our contractor, Jeff, was amazing. Good communication throughout the process. He also stopped by after the job was completed to clean up any debris and nails that may have been missed. Highly recommended.

So far, so good! We just hired them for a roof replacement but their salesman was available to meet with us pretty much the same day and took time to answer all my dumb questions, of which I had money.

Viking contractors went above and beyond helping me recover and repair the loss to my roof from a hail storm. There was a tight timeliness my insurance was demanding but they made it happen for me! It seemed unbelievable that it was all filed and finished within such a short efficient timing! Great working with every member of the team thank you Viking Contractors!

A Viking representative did my roof inspection with no issues. She got here right on time, did the inspection quickly and helped me file the initial claim with the insurance company. Very professional work - she did a great job of informing me and explaining the process to me as well as answering all my questions!

We have hail damage on our roof, sliding door and downspouts. Jeff from Viking has been fantastic in guiding us through the process including thoroughly identifying damages, filing the claim, and meeting with our insurance adjuster. Compared to most vendors today he continues to amaze me on his almost instant responsiveness (phone & text) and follow thru. Each visit he contacts you well ahead to let you know when he’s coming including updates to that schedule, unlike other vendors that I have to chase down or sit waiting and they are not on time.
The roof was completed on time. Jeff & crew chief returned to assure cleanup was in order & all my concerns answered. Still waiting on Soffit replacement & sliding door.

I worked with Nick last year on a new roof for my home. He did a thorough, detailed inspection of the roof before clearly explaining all of my options. His approach was not high pressured at all. I had one other inspection done as well, but selected Nick based on the best overall value and service.
When the time came for the job to be done, the crew showed up on time that morning, and were extremely professional, and the job was completed in 1 day. The crew was careful to cover all of the landscaping, and they did a good job of cleaning up the work area when they were finished at the end of the day. Also, Nick reached out to us the next day to make sure that we were completely satisfied.
I highly recommend Nick as a contractor.

The Viking Contractors Team was great to work with. Their team members from Sales/Inspection to Install made the whole process a pleasant experience. They drove the majority of the insurance work process which was fabulous. We are very happy with our new roof and accessories.

We had a leak in our roof during a recent storm. Viking came out for a free inspection, confirmed our roof is in great shape but found the point of leaking and sealed it up on the spot for free. I'm highly satisfied with the professionalism of their team, both the contractor and who I spoke with on the phone to setup the appointment. I'd go to them next time in a heartbeat.

Incredible! We worked with Jeff who is awesome! Viking does a great job. They are thorough, work with your adjuster to make things happen, and make sure you are taken care of throughout the process. Very fast response time too. I have never replaced a roof before and they made it so easy! 10/10

I chose Vikings, LLC to replace my home roof as well as my garage roof. They are just about finished and it has only taken 3 days. They are really a dedicated and hard working team. We had Mike Hill with Viking come out and inspect our home for hail damage. After the inspection he showed us lots of pictures of the damages (didn't just tell us we needed a new roof) we've never filed a claim before so he walked us through the steps of filing the claim. And then he coordinated with our insurance adjuster to meet him on our property for a final inspection. After getting everything approved that he said he would we decided to use Mike and Viking contractors for our repairs. The roofing crew that did the roof was very respectful and cleaned up throughout the whole project. Would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to share our experience with your awesome company. I will start out by saying that we worked with Andrew Dulz. He was outstanding and went above and beyond for us. Andrew is extremely professional, prompt and has excellent customer service and made us feel that he truly cared. He is a super nice guy!

The inspector from Vikings Contractors was very professional, kind, thorough and knowledgeable! He answered all our questions and made the first part of our process seamless. We have damages from a hail and wind storm so we are now waiting on the next step of the process for our insurance company to review! What a great experience so far.

Viking replaced our 25-year-old shingle roof and metal gutters after storm and wind damage. They clearly explained every step along the way, and worked directly with our insurance company to ensure their work was covered. Installation was professional and quick, and they responded quickly on a couple of minor followup items. It's been six months and we've had no issues at all. I highly recommend them!

We reached out to Viking contractors LLC after hail damage to our roof (we live west of the Twin Cities).
We met with project manager Luis who was very professional and polite. He educated us on the process, helped loop in our insurance, and was quick to respond anytime I have any questions.
The roofers were very skilled and you can tell they have a lot of experience. They also kept up great communication. Finished project looks amazing. They were in and out in four days without any damage to the surrounding area.
We will be quick to go back to them and would refer them to any friends or family.

Excellent communication throughout the project. Good job cleaning up after project close, even had the courtesy to repair a couple storm screens that became slightly damaged during roof replacement. Highly professional team that knows what they’re doing on the trade and business side of things. 100% recommend!

I was unhappy but after the installation was finally performed, they did a great job and cleaned up very well

I am very unhappy. The scheduled date of my install of my roof is now pushed back...it was supposed to be tomorrow but now it's Thursday. We will see if they hold up to the end of the contract. I paid them many thousands of dollars and am extremely unhappy
