I selected a bunch of services because I have gone back again and again to Dean's. They have been super helpful this year with so many improvements on the house and the people have been really nice when they have worked with us. Also, all of their workers have been super friendly to our cats and I have not felt any sort of unsafe feelings with them here as I have with other orgs sometimes.

Everything about this experience was excellent. From the person I spoke to initially when calling to inquire about their services to the technician who arrived at my house. Just excellent service, fixed the issue, all staff I interacted with were very pleasant and good commuicators. I also appreciated their online and text service where I could track the location of the technician as they were getting to my house. Excellent communication of the arrival time for the technician as well. The tag line on their trucks says is all "Outrageously Professional". So true. I will definitely call Deans again for home service.

Experience was pretty smooth. From the moment of calling to schedule appt to being prompted 30-45 mins prior to tech’s arrival, communication was great. Sewer main was backed up and standing sewer water was in the basement. Shane arrived and identified the problem within minutes using a specialized Picote drain clearing machine and a camera to identify tree roots growing into a broken clay drain tile. He was able to clear the blockage and restore flow. He offered different clearing options (with different price ranges) and suggested the best option for my case. He recommended long-term solution of a sleeve to line the existing pipes to prevent future blockage/pipe collapse/problems. Although the price can wildly vary, this is a less expensive option (albeit still quite pricey—in the several thousands) than digging to replace with PVC drain pipe to connect from house to city sewer in street. Learned this was a very common problem. Check with your insurance, as they may cover a portion of the sleeve and/or sewer pipe replacement to hep with the cost. Merely clearing the drain is considered maintenance, of course. I would recommend Dean’s Home Services for plumbing and Drain clearing needs. Shane had over 17+ years experience and the knowledge he bestowed was incredibly valuable. He answered all my questions and was courteous, cleaned up afterwards, and helped get future appointments scheduled for other looming concerns.

Dean‘s replaced our water heater and water softener last year, so it was time for our annual fall HVAC inspection. Ray came out on Thursday, and he discovered that it was finally time for us to get our 45 year-old furnace replaced. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, walking me through our options and describing why it was time to upgrade our HVAC system. Incredibly, he was able to schedule someone to come out to our house the very next day.

Mikan arrived first thing Friday morning, and was there all day. He and a technician from DJ’s Home Services (I think his name was Justin) worked hard all day to complete the furnace and heat pump job. They walked me through the final checklist, showed me how to use the new thermostat, and made sure I was able to ask any questions that I had. They were so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dean’s and DJ’s to anyone looking to get a new HVAC system up and running quickly.

Matt L came to inspect our electrical situation and gave us honest insight on what was going on. We appreciate him taking his time to explain things and answer our questions. He is knowledgeable and friendly and we appreciate his time and expertise. We do have to wait until spring to get things fully resolved but we appreciate Dean’s helpful people to help us understand things and work with us to improve reliability and safety in our home.

Had our furnace serviced by Justin and the entire experience was fantastic. Great communication before the appointment, professionalism on-site, and a thorough walk through of his findings and recommendations. Dean's is definitely a place I will choose again as well as requesting Justin as our technician.

I recently had the pleasure of having Joshua service my furnace, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with his work. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he is a true professional. He was not only punctual but also very respectful during the entire process.

I had a follow-up visit today for my recently installed heat pump from Victor T. at Dean’s Home Services. Victor is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He even pointed out a few improvements I should make in my electrical panel, which I really appreciated. It’s great to see someone who truly knows his craft and cares about doing a thorough, high-quality job. Highly recommended! In fact, every service I’ve received from Dean’s over the last few months has been excellent, their technicians are all top-notch.

I google searched several different plumbers to to a utility sink replacement. Deans was one of the quickest to respond and scheduled promptly for the very next day! There bid came in lower than the other three companies and they suggested I throw in a water heater replacement since I’d been thinking about it anyway as it would save me money in the long run not having to send two different crews out and get tap different quotes. I saved by doing it this way and now have peace of mind knowing I have a new water heater and beautiful sink with now space in the laundry room. The crew worked so fast they were in and out in less than three hours all in! Would highly recommend this company for quick efficient and reasonably priced plumbing needs.

Super impressed with Matt, Heather and just your whole team. Above and beyond, placing down drop cloth, no garbage or odds and ends around the work site. They cleaned up amazing. Punctual, explained everything, efficient, all around great work. Thanks again for all your help

Not cheap but got to have the heat going. Nothing feels better than heat rising when needed. Next day service, Dylan and Cody was super nice and knowledgeable. Thanks Dylan for coming back the same day to resolve an issue.

I couldn’t be happier with Dean’s! They’re always quick to schedule appointments, and as a member, I really appreciate that there’s no fee for service calls. Mike was fantastic—he listened to the issue, explained my options clearly, and got the job done in less than an hour. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Dean’s for anyone looking for fast, reliable, and professional service!

Our boiler which heats our apartment and water heater stopped working yesterday. It was installed by Dean's about a year ago. I called Dean's and they sent out a technician, Charlie, who arrived at about noon today. Charlie was very personable and helpful and spent over an hour going over the system as well a looking into a couple of other issues we had questions about. He was thorough and did a great job of explaining what was happening and how to address the issues. Other than having the boiler go out, it was a pleasant experience.

Aaron, Kyle and Kong were here to install my water softener a new pressure tank several Spicket and pipes for my outside water leakage, and downstairs. They did a great job. Great cleanup.

Scheduled service last minute due to electrical concerns with no issues. Matt was very thorough and explained everything well. Very satisfied - a very good first impression of Dean's. Service was costly, but the thoroughness and subsequent fixes seemed reasonable.

Update 31DEC : The day after my service, I had a new issue appear. I contacted Dean's and they were able to get someone out next day to asses the situation. They were able to diagnose the problem, test a solution to verify it will work (my problem was very odd), and came out the following day to fix it.

Dean's management treated these additional visits from an expense to me perspective very fairly (I was extremely happy!) and the team that did the fix was great. They explained what had been done well and cleaned up their workspace with care.

Overall - I am very satisfied with Dean's. The schedulers, the craftsmen, the billing...all of it has been easy, no hoops to jump through, respectful, and professional.

I found Dean's through a google search as I was growing increasingly unhappy with my last repair company. Dean's met or exceeded my expectations and I will be using them moving forward.

Honestly the installers were very nice people, installers made quick easy work of the toilet installations and new water heater. We also had them replace AC and Furnace. I loved the quick turn around time and again installers were fantastic. This is an update to my previous review, we were upset at first with the toilets. They never really went over options and we got installed with higher than previous toilets which the family did not like. Dean’s made it right and replaced them quickly with standard height for my wife and kids. Would use them again! Thanks for working with me.

I had a wonderful experience with Dean’s this past week. I had some electrical issues and they were at the house very quickly on a Sunday and Luke was very thorough and very professional. He explained everything thoroughly regarding what options we had and what work needed to be completed. The full panel upgrade was done today and Luke and the entire team were wonderful. I highly recommend doing business with Dean’s!

I received an automated message from Dean's Home Services within minutes of requesting an estimate through Angi after midnight informing me that I would be contacted by phone the following morning. I received a call before 7am & Chad, one of their drain cleaning specialists was working in my home within an hour. Chad was very thorough & thoughtful in explaining discounts & priority scheduling available with their $99 annual membership which included a free furnace inspection & allowed me to cancel a furnace inspection I had scheduled for tomorrow with another company. Deans also performs dryer vent cleaning which I was interested in. Chad contacted Deans on my behalf to get these scheduled.
He was patient in explaining options & their costs several times to me. It was all new info for me to understand & fortunately I was able to contact my husband so Chad was able to review options with him also. He arranged to have a staff come out today to further assess additional services to our interior main drain line with a specialized camera. While Chad was here I mentioned slow drains in our laundry room in another area of our home. For a very reasonable cost he also used a picote process to significantly improve the function of these drains. Our home is 65 years old. He was helpful in providing information & tests to help us assess how immediately we may need to address any major services our interior & exterior main drain lines may need in the future. I am very impressed with Dean's Home Services!

We just had Jacob N out to look at a heat pump furnace that wasn't working. Jacob quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. But what I really appreciated was how helpful he was in explaining things to me and answering my questions on how the system works and how to take care of it. A great experience. Thanks Jacob.

We had the greatest experience today! We came home from vacation to no heat with temps around -10° and after being completely ghosted by HomeServe through Xcel, we called Dean’s. They had someone out to our house within two hours. Our service tech Larry, was truly fantastic. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. He took the time to walk us through everything that was going on, showed us exactly what was wrong and explained it all in a clear, no-pressure way that actually made sense. He answered every question we had and made a really stressful situation feel manageable. We are incredibly grateful for Larry’s honesty, patience, and kindness, especially in such brutally cold weather. We would highly recommend Dean’s without hesitation!!

We had a tech come to fix our dryer, and it turned into a FAR bigger expense and project. He had a good attitude, shared financing, made an appointment to return. Plus he was easy to talk to, communicated clearly, and liked our pets. Excellent exeperience with Zac Biagiotti
