The tech John who came out was very respectful and very knowledgeable. He took his time and while he couldn't find the issue right away, he was able to diagnose it because of the longer time spent with us. His excitement when he finally figured it out was wonderful. Thanks ADB Heating and Cooling.

Responded expeditiously to an emergency call on one of the coldest days in history! John was so friendly and professional. He swiftly located the problem, some ancillary issues, and gave me good advice for better maintaining of my unit. And he made me at peace in a remarkably worrying situation. Glad I found ADB Heating and Cooling!!

I've used ADB Heating and Cooling twice and have excellent service both times when I needed a complete service and replace, and when I needed emergency service. Their techs are kind, respectful and always willing to answer my questions, and their pricing is reasonable. I wouldn't delay to endorse them to anyone.

Serviceman arrived earlier than I expected, but phoned first, which I really appreciated. He was very friendly, answered several questions with knowledge and courtesy, and was not pushy. His examination of my furnace was very thorough, and he was well equipped with appropriate tools. He took a few moments to explain some questions about the thermostat and the humidifier, which was very important to me. And the service call for a checkup was very reasonable in price. Recommended.
