Great products / great service / clean area / great knowledge of products & uses keep it up
-
Overnight parking is available. Restrooms inside are accessible to drivers. Fast unloading. Thank you. Great improvement compared to what was mentioned in older reviews.
-
They are really nice and very fast 30 minutes unloading
-
Receiving is FCFS, line up along the trailers. Dock up 17-22, which ever is available, don't dock the one that have a cone, then check in by 22.
-
WATCH OUT FOR THEIR TRUCKS ON THE ROAD the drivers have anger issues and the woman you talk to when you call them is absolutely useless and barely knows anything about the company. Good hire lol hopefully one day this company does better and hires better people

Entrance for shipping and receiving is off North Wyoming Ave. If you you were at the round area at the end of the driveway by 7601 Setzler Pkwy North, go back out to North Broadway. Turn right on West Broadway Ave, then right on 89th Ave North past the industrial complex. You will come to a stop sign. Make right on North Wyoming Ave. It's the third drive way on your right. You will see a sign with 7601 Setzler on it. Then an immediate right. Follow it all the way till it turns left.
Receiving is next to dock 22. You may back into the dock first if it's open.
Shipping is on the far side at dock 50.
See attached photos.
Quick unloading while you are waiting with paperwork inside.
Recieving is between 7 am and noon. Closed Saturday and Sunday
Clean private restroom
Thank you -
Great place to do business

The receptionist is terribly rude, big sigh when I asked if I could get some work done and sent me straight to voicemail.
-
Teach your guys to learn how to drive. They are out here going 80mph down hwy 65. How embarrassing for your company.

We were contacted by Matt Schmokers office staff to remove an illegally parked suv fom there property that was parked in a posted no parking zone. His office staff called it in on our recorded line and signed for tow in person wearing a uniform at time of tow. We always get a signature and than contact the police department to report a impound before leaving. Matt is now calling us a bad company for doing our job and reporting it to the police department. He was not professional on the phone and even stated that the person that contacted us was in fact a employee of his. So leaves me confused where we were in the wrong!? Obviously he should have taken the issue up with his own staff, instead of attacking us for doing our job and following the laws. Not good management or business Matt.

This post is about a supervisor Phil with Premiere Electric. Two weeks ago, I was driving and had to pull because of health problems. Premiere Electric was on the corner of Chicago ave. and E. Lake st. in Minneapolis. Phil called 911 and stood by me. I gave him my car keys to give to a family member. There was no one else to trust in the area. Phil and his workers were very professional and I am so fortunate that Premiere Electric was there.

This morning there was a Premier truck (#E4001457) working on the corner of Lake and 21st in South Minneapolis. My coworker, who’s visually impaired, was having a hard time finding the crosswalk because the truck was parked on the sidewalk. The workers there didn’t help him and when he finally found the crosswalk, one of them said, “I’m surprised you found it!” And laughed. Disgusting behavior and comment.

Based of the other reviews, the bad service seems to align with their bad drivers. Got ran off the road by one of their work vans and they refused to answer the phone even though they are obviously open. Unless they’re bad at updating their hours along with their obvious loose hiring process.

Nice people!
-
Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful Jose is a good hard worker also great team
-
Their billing practices are terrible. 10% charge on permits they should already be pulling. They refused to itemize and when it took a whole day less of work, refused to adjust the invoice
-
Rich worked efficiently to accomplish our list of electrical upgrades and tasks. The office staff was friendly and helpful. We will not hesitate to call Nelson for any future work that needs to be done in our home.
-
I hired Nelson Electric to do some electrical work on a house I had for sale. I was in a time crunch and chose them because they were in my neighborhood. I was very pleased with their office staff as well as the electrician who came out to the property to do the work. He was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend!
-
I can't say enough nice things about Nelson Electric. They have now worked on multiple homes for me. From completely re-wiring an entire house including the panel to figuring out some crossed wires in another, they have never recommended something out of left field and operated with the highest integrity.

Nelson installed a 50 amp outlet in my garage to charge my car. The work quality could not have been better and the price was fair. Another local company named after a pioneer of electricity quoted me over 2x what the invoice from Nelson was. There only issue was that their online contact form didn't seem to work.

Nelson Electric is always a pleasure to work with; very high quality and timely. Matt has been the guy doing most of the work onsite; he does excellent work, and although our factory can be a bit chaotic, he is always very easy to work with. highly recommend!
