Reasonable price, good service, removed pet odors

Great job - carpets & rugs look & smell great but no heavy aromas & area rugs are not soaked.

Been with chem clean since 2008 and recently found out that they we’re the same name but different franchise...still and all they are great and use the same product and I call them every year for the past ten years!!!

Ira and his team do such a great job at the building that I manage! They are professional, responsive, and do great work. I highly recommend these folks for your cleaning needs.

Had them out yesterday...they advertise that carpets dry in only 2-3 hours, but then we're told after doing it that it would take 24 hours. If I had known ahead of time I would have done it on a weekend, not at 3 in the afternoon in a weekday.
Also the wear areas that are walked on the most did not come completely clean....cleaner, yes....clean, no.
A waste of my $210.

I've had my carpets cleaned by Ira at Ace Chem-Dry for years. He came recommended from my property manager years ago.

What luck I've had! He got out dark grease stains, red wine stains, and run-of-the-mill stains - all on off-white carpeting. He applied extra treatments to accomplish this. So professional and friendly too.

Can't say enough good things - ask for Ira.

I just bought a condo and wanted the carpets cleaned. Knowing that I only had 24 hours before the movers dropped off my stuff at the new place, I didn't think it was possible to find someone who could clean it without leaving the carpet wet for the movers. I called this company and they assured me carpets would dry in 1-2 hours (with a 4 hour max caveat), so I decided to go with them. In fact, if you check out their website, they make marketing claims for the 1-2 hour drying time.

They setup an appointment right away but were about 1.5 hours late. Fine. They completed the 1000 sf in 30 minutes for about $130, and it seemed OK but not great. One disappointment was that their chem dry system was unable to remove any light stains I had in my carpet (unlike other professional cleaners I've used in the past).

At this point, I probably would not use them again, as their cleaning system seems weak. Anyway, several hours pass and the carpets are still wet. I have the air conditioner fan running full blast, the fireplace on (in the summer), the windows open, and fans blowing on the carpet. 18 hours pass - still soaked! And of course, the movers show up. I couldn't believe it! The movers tried their best to keep the carpet clean, but just the constant walking on it left it black (due to it still being very wet).

Obviously, I'm extremely disappointed in Chem Dry's false marketing claims of carpet drying in 1-2 hours (4 hours max!). I give them a call and they agree to come out between 2 and 3 the next day to assess the damage. I leave my job early to be there during their window - nobody shows up! No call or anything! I call them back, they don't apologize, but proceed to setup another appointment for a new time window. This same process happens a total of FOUR times, with them setting a time window, me leaving my job, and them not showing up. Finally, after a week of this happening, I speak to the owner and I request a partial refund so I can have the job redone by somebody else. He says he can't do that but can setup another time for them to attempt to come out. After he realizes I'm going to write about my situation to the BBB and on every review site I can find, he offers me $20 off the $130 to compensate me for my black carpets. I feel insulted and extremely disappointed in the false marketing claims and total lack of customer service with Ace Chem-Dry.

We have used several other carpet cleaners in the past to remove cat and dog urine stains and none of them remove the stain and smell like Ace Chem dry. They are professional and trustworthy and they are who we recommend for anyone especially with kids or pets. Thanks for the great job guys!

I just had Pat and Ira from Ace Chem Dry out to my house to clean my carpets and I couldn't be happier! They were prompt, extremely professional, friendly and very easy to work with. They did my entire house in about an hour and the carpet looks and smells brand new and I have 3 dogs! They were honest and upfront with costs and didn't try to sell me a package that I didn't need. I completed my scheduling entirely online through email. All of my questions were answered in depth and in a very timely manner. Thank you guys, I will be calling you again!!

Ace Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my area rug and upholstery. I was impressed that the pet odor was completely removed from my rug. They assured me my rug and upholstery would be dry within 3-5 hrs and it was. I highly recommend Ace!

Ira and team at Ace Chem-Dry were FANTASTIC to work with! From scheduling, to working with me on a last minute request in rescheduling and in final execution the service was top notch! We had the full service carpet wash as I have a pet allergy and was able to breath easily immediately following the appointment so THANK YOU Ira and team for a job very well done!! So happy with their service! Affordable, fast, friendly, easy to work with and into my schedule. And it really was dry in less than 2 hours!!! My technician was so nice to work with, very informative every step of the way. Very caring and concerned about making sure my cat didn't get out. It was so clean and smelled so good when he was done! I am so pleased! I highly recommend them!

We had our area rug cleaned cause my daughter spilled some apple sauce and we had some coffee stains. My rug now looks brand new! Just like when I bought it. 10/10 service definitely will be going here from now on.
