Jake Eide did an amazing job with our project. From working with our insurance and being professional to being very responsive! Would highly recommend!!

Brenda listened and answered all of my concerns no matter the time which was very much appreciated especially as a first time homeowner. She took the time to walk us through all of the steps from beginning to end and everything was done in a timely fashion. Would work with them again.

I worked with Brenda at PMC on getting my roof replaced and it was all super simple. From explaining the process as well as selecting the roofing that I wanted they went out of their way to make it easy for me.

Leo and PMC Company built an underdeck screenporch for my home. From the beginning, Leo was our advocate. He helped us design a cost-effective solution for the underdecking and also ensured our overall project was ahove our satisfaction and adhered to budget. No Surprises! Leo was also open to a couple of small side projects during the big project. Most importantly, Leo's communication skill are unmatched. I was never guessing and always knew who was showing up and what work was done. These are difficult accolades for the industry, but Leo and PMC Company deserve them. Well Done!

Jake with PMC was hands on throughout the entire process. He made sure that he was here to meet with the adjuster and was able to get everything covered under insurance. He kept us updated every step of the way. I highly recommend working with Jake at PMC, he’s the best!!

Had a seamless experience with PMC from estimate to coordinating with my insurance company. They followed up when the job was completed and took care of a concern I had. Friendly professional and responsive. Would definitely use them again and recommend their service.

Extremely happy with our completed project ( new roof). Thanks to Lenny Paschke for stopping by our home to check our roof for hail damage!
Construction crew did a great job of clean up !! Lenny was great to work with. Would highly recommend .

Victor was wonderful to work with! This was the first time we've needed extensive work on our house, and he made things super easy to understand. He was available whenever needed and made the process smooth and painless. Our new roof is beautiful and the work was done quick!

Excellent experience. Jake was there to handle the entire project from start to finish. He was always available to answer questions and was very thorough with each step. The crew that came to replace the roof were an exceptional team that worked fast and efficiently to get the job done. They also did a great job with the clean up when the job was completed.

Our experience with PMC has been 100% positive. We worked with them to design and build our new deck, and we are so pleased, both with our beautiful new outdoor living space and with our experience with Leo and his team. They worked diligently to deliver high-quality construction, communicating with us regularly throughout the process, making sure each phase was completed to our satisfaction. We heartily recommend PMC and will certainly work with them on future projects.

I was in the process of looking for a contractor after a hail storm and a co worker of mine recommended Jake from
PMC Company. Jake came out and did a free inspection and met the insurance adjuster. He was very informative throughout the entire process and he was very professional! I have a new roof & and all new siding. Crews did a wonderful job with siding and the roof. Thank you PMC for all your hard work.

I had a great experience with Property Maintenance & Construction. Jake was my project manager and he walked me through every step of the insurance process. I have a new roof, siding, and gutters! My house looks completely different, and I couldn’t be happier. I work full time and they took away all the stress that comes with this process. They were very responsive and informed me of all the scheduling along the way. The crews were very professional and cleaned up well! I would highly recommend PMC to anyone in need of their services.
